Boa localização com custo-benefício ruim.

Da localização. A senhora que atende durante o café e o recepcionista da noite foram simpáticos e atenciosos.

Do atendimento da proprietária e do Henry. Terraço informado não tem conforto algum nem vista aprazível.

Value for money if you don't mind mosquitos.

The hotel is on a fantastic location Just around the corner from the Duomo etc.Walkable distance from the train station, maybe 15 mins.No need for expensive taxi/Uber which was E32.Typical continental breakfast which did not change any day Breakfast staff are brilliant, cheerful, and friendly.Shared bathrooms were never an issue as the toilet and shower were in separate rooms.

At nighttime if you open the windows, you get attacked by hordes of mosquitos.We are from Africa so we are used to them.The mosquito machines provided are of some use.You have to keep the windows closed which made the room incredibly hot.The air conditioning was not working at all, when I enquired I was told sorry it's not working.Not acceptable to advertise a feature and it not to work.The room was incredibly small also, 1 case had to stay under the sink as their was no space for 2 cases.

Venecija labai patiko. Bet per 3 dienas jau viską, ką norėjome pamatėme.

Iš esmės viskas buvo gerai. Nors parašyta "check in" nuo 14:00, bet mus ileido į kambarį atvykus ~12:00.

Pusryčių pasirinkimas labai mažas. Net kiaušinienės nėra. Apelsinų sultys panašu, kad tik vis papildomos ir galimai net bepradedančios rūgti. Kelias dienas negalėjom suprast, ar taip turi būt, ar jau biški parūgę.

3 Nights in Central Venice

Friendly staff who catered to all of our needs. Excellent location (stunning canals surrounding it and very near all of the main sites!). Good air con and a clean property overall.

Room was very basic (but it was budget!).

The hotel is decent and is located in a fantastic location! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great, but the staff really stood out to me! The staff was exceptional! During our visit to Venezia, apparently, there was a general strike of public transportation. We did not know about this and the staff sent us a message before our trip which allowed us to prepare for any delays. I'm very grateful for this! In addition, we were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out. This was very useful to us as we checked out in the morning and our flight was in the evening. Didn't have to carry the bags with us all day.

Really great attention, they let me deposit my bags ahead of time. Breakfast was amazing! They really made you feel like home.

Given that the bathrooms and showers were shared for my kind of room, I would have expected them to have more per floor. Room was also a bit noisy.

Pleasant stay in one of the majestic places in the world

The location is just perfect. It is 5 min walk from the main square next to the channel. Room is cleaned daily and outside of the room everything looks shinny clean.

Breakfast in the hotel and overpriced food in general in Venice is a bit problematic. For breakfast we had a coffee, orange juice, yoghurts, Muesli, butter and jam, several slices of bread and croissant with 2-3 salami slices and 2 cheese slices. You wont stay hungry but I have higher expectation for the breakfast in the hotel.

great helpful staff but an unusual hotel. I haven’t stayed at any other hotels in Venice so it could be very similar to

Henry III (front office) was great and so were the other staff. location is good as well. Henry provided us with good information with a lot of patience and enthusiasm.

heating is not always on. the timings are fixed so it can get cold in the night. shower is small. room keys are heavy probably designed so you have to leave the keys at the front desk. no elevators! this is probably true for many hotels in Venice.

Staff were lovely and very helpful with directions and modes of transport including airport transfer. The room was spacious, although a little dated. The location was perfect! Right in the centre of everything! Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of foods and drinks.

Nothing was as expected Or shown in the pictures on Booking neither breakfast nor hotel or rooms. The only good part with hotel was support staff.

great location , all lovely friendly, helpful staff. good air conditioning, lovely breakfast. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again

We had a great time there. The hotel really exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, great staff and breakfast. There is also a nice terrace where you can relax. If you choose to stay there, you will not regret.

Was my birthday during our stay and in the mornig when we went for breakfast the lady who was serving the breakfast came to me and started singing "Happy birthday to you" she didn't speak english well but she was great! She was serving me and keep telling me "happy birthday " :))) , she was lovely ! Was a great way to start my day : she entertain me and made me feel very good :) Also the lad at reception was looking after us :)
