Las almohadas todas son muy altas y grandes, necesitan poner almohadas suaves y menos altas; como es un hotel familiar había muchos niños en la alberca, ok se respeta, pero no sería bueno ampliar el horario para adultos?

Si lo recomiendo

Desde que llegué estuvo excepcional, de donde te deja el ferry puedes llegar caminando al hotel!! El chico de recepcion y los meseros muy amables. Cuando entre a la habitación, estaba muy limpio todo (baño, camas, toallas, piso). Hablando de la cercanía, me encantó!!! Ya que para ir a las calles principales de holbox esta muy céntrico... Para ver el amanecer o atardecer esta muy cool, venden bebidas muy ricas! Amabilidad, hotel seguro, limpio, céntrico, playa, comida 10/10.

Sin duda regresaría para mis próximas vacaciones!

Relaxant et cozy !

Hotel très bien situé, l’endroit est calme mais l’hotel a coté fait de ls musique jusqu’à’ a minuit 1/2, ce qui ma incommoder un peu! Elle devrait arrêter a 11hpm, surtout que je restait 3 nuits! Malgré tout j’ai bien aimer l’endroit , le personnel est gentil et la nourriture bonne! Les chsmbres sont confortable et propre! Je recommande quand même !

Muy agradable

Desayuno muy bueno, gran variedad y todos los dias tienes algo nuevo para probar. El cafe es muy rico. La ubicacion es perfecta a 3 cuadras del centro de paseo y comercial. La piscina es para niños, no tiene profundidad, pero es limpia¡ La atencion de los chicos del bar de playa es muy destacada

La playa tiene una franja con restos de caracoles que es incomodo al caminar descalzado.

Even though the facilities are fine, I'll never go back to a hotel that participates in tour scams

Breakfast was OK, it did the job. The staff was always kind and conversational, always happy to help. They also all spoke english pretty much perfectly which is always a plus. The beach itself is beautiful and the hotel sittings were great for enjoying that.

The hotel is working with one or more companies that does tours across Holbox area. Specifically - we took from them the "3 Island Tour" which was a COMPLETE SCAM AND A TOURIST TRAP: 1. You can find the same tour for HALF OF THE PRICE! But thats not all - if you go with other options you do the tour with an additional destination - punta mosquitos, which supposed to be a beautiful beach apparently. We found that offer by chance on a menu at the restaurant that is next to the hotel, after we already payed for the tour via the hotel. 2. The guy in charge of the boat was extremely unkind and did his best to avoid interacting or talking with us, answering out questions etc. We can speak enough Spanish to ask simple questions and understand the answers, and yet the "captain" of the boat was still adamant to ignore us. 3. The 3 destination themselves were pretty much a huge let down. A waste of time that is definitely better spent on the beaches of Holbox. The highlight of the tour was suppose to be Izla Pasion which was a joke. The ocean around the island itself was dirty with tree branches and algae so much that you could barely see the color of the water. The beach (if you could even call it that) itself was so filled with mosquitos you literally had to run from place to place in order to not get stung. 4. When you're back at the port in Holbox - your expected to find your way back to the hotel yourself. When the entire Island is flooded, your only option is to pay for a taxi. There was no disclosure for that as well by the hotel staff. All in all, as I said in the beginning, its a huge tourist trap and a complete scam - waste of time and money, that the hotel itself is signed on. I told this events to the staff of the hotel who provided nothing but a word or two of consolidation. They never even payed for the taxi I had to pay myself to get back to the hotel.

Overall loved this hotel and would stay again.

This hotel has a superb location, right on the beach with a great view of sunset and also a 5 minute walk into "town" where all the main restaurants and bars can be found. The staff in the beach club were amazing, especially Javi. The free breakfast was a buffet and was nice. The pool is a great addition, as sometimes the sea tide was out and it wasn't as easy to swim to cool off.

The bathroom was a little dated and the floor was constantly wet but it was only a minor point!

We loved being on the beach and close to the center of town. The rooms and beds were great!

We loved the location of the hotel. We traveled here last minute and they were able to make it possible for us to stay both nights. We loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing. Being right on the beach was fantastic, and close to city center. We rented bikes and road all around the island.

Probably better suited to younger people - pleasant room but noisy and too many guests.

Breakfast was good and room was comfortable.

Hotel was bigger than I expected and the beach area was very cramped and crowded. Had to battle for a beach bed. Music was relentless all day and evening very loud and intrusive. Saw much more tranquil and spacious places further along the beach. Didn't really need a pool as right on beach - so could have had more space for beach beds. Bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Very expensive for what we got.

Holbox Dream... was a dream come true.

The location and beach access were amazing. The view from the pool is stunning. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The food on the property was very good as well. Breakfast was included in the morning. We also had one of the best cheeseburgers EVER! We absolutely adored the our hotel bartender Ramiro! He makes some incredible drinks. The sangria was to die for. I recommend this property.

We had trouble getting hot water on the ground floor for showers. One day there was an all day power outage. We were told two different things. A line had been cut, or they do this weekly throughout the island to save energy. We weren't sure which was true. It didn't greatly bother any of us because we don't spend much time in the room. We made it a great beach day!

Great location. Beautiful private beach. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms are cute and clean.

There is a bar next door with a brass band that plays until midnight every night. You can hear the band clear as day inside. Its fine when you stay out late, but the couple nights we were in earlier we had trouble falling asleep before the band was done.
