Everyone at Qhini hotel was extremely hospitable and friendly. It was a warm, welcoming, environment and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The staff are very friendly, the breakfast and coffee are really good too.
We liked that the property was quite secluded with a little garden and terrace.
The room was extremely clean, bright and nicely decorated.
Large clean bathroom.
Quiet staff and guests.
The area of the property entrance may be a little dodgy in the dark.
We were charged 110bs for a small bag of laundry which is extremely overpriced for La Paz, we think it shouldn’t have been more than 40bs.
We had to wait quite a while to check out as there was nobody in at the hotel who could help.

I am a Reflexologist and I was looking for a quiet place in La Paz to relax , this small hotel was really comfortable and quiet.
The rooms are clean and spacious and the view of the hills from my room was good!
The staff was amazingly super helpful! Plenty of rooms for a large family gathering! Breakfast was good!
Juaquin, Alicia and Oscar went out of their way to make us feel right at home! I will return with my grand children on my next trip to La Paz and I'm sure they will be as pleased as I was during my stay!
There are some steps that you have to walk up to get to the hotel, not to bad for the location, the beautiful garden that awaits you when you get to the property makes you forget the short walk up and overall quietness makes it worth it!

The Qhini hotel was exceptional, the owners are really wonderful. We booked a room very spontaneously because we got food poisoning and needed a place to rest until we feel better. Because of this we could not enjoy the beautiful outdoors of the hotel, but we would have loved to do so. We were offered lots of tea and even vegan breakfast after we asked for it. Additionally, they have super cute pets :)
The family room was advertised as having a nice view of the city and garden, but the view was actually not that good, mainly just of other houses. Also, I would have liked better communication regarding the cost of additional services. When we checked in, we were offered to cook a vegan meal. When we asked later about it, we were told that unfortunately the chef was not available right now, but we could send him a message. The chef said he would not be around to cook anything, but offered to bring a vegan burger from a restaurant he had tried a few days ago. We gladly accepted, because we really didn't want to go out because we didn't feel very well. We expected it to be an alternative to the home-cooked dinner we had actually asked for, which the hotel offers at a fixed price. In the end, we had to pay for the burgers, of course, but additionally also for the "delivery service", even quite a lot, which was not communicated and which we definitely did not expect. Originally we were going to eat at the hotel, and it wasn't our fault that the chef wasn't available. When we checked out, even when I include the cost of the delivery service, I felt and still feel that the amount we paid was a bit high. The owner went over all the billing items with me, but only verbally and way too quickly and we did not get a copy of the bill. I didn't want to get upset about any BOBs at the time, but maybe it's just better to hand out invoices to improve transparency.

Great staff, helps with everything.
Very comfortable and good designed room.
Beautiful sunrise views from the room windows.
Good WiFi internet.
Located quite high on the street, heavy to lift up to the hotel.

The family who run this hotel are all very kind and helpful. They picked me up from the airport during the early hours, making my first introduction to Boliva such a warm and welcoming experience! The hotel is as lovely as pictured, the room is immaculate and has a heater, and the bed is super comfortable. The breakfast is delicious with coffee, tea, coca leaves if needed, fruit, bread, eggs, fresh juice, yoghurt etc. A lovely stay for my first visit to South America!
The hotel is a little bit out of the action but taxis are cheap and it is right by the teleferico so not too much of an issue.

It's a family-run hotel. The father and son are so generous and we thought it was a great place to stay for a night in La Paz.

The place is quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great.
There are a lot of stears to the hotel

Comfortable, quiet, spacious room. Super-friendly staff (though be prepared that weekend shift does not speak English). Transfer to/from airport on demand.
Located a little bit too far from everything. Not too many restaurants (mostly fast-food and pizza) and grocery stores around. You'll need a taxi to go literally anywhere.

The staff is more like family..extremely kind and helpful with many things i needed

Very nice cozy place and a real bargain for what's offered, definitely would recommend

This property was really fantastic. It was very cozy and didn’t make you feel like a tourist but more part of the group. Joaquin was very helpful in addressing anything we needed and also breaking down some of the best spots to visit! Breakfast was also an incredible intro to Bolivian cuisine. Great place, will stay again!
No complaints here.

Very nice hotel, delicious breakfast and the most nice people work there. It is a very good value for your money.
You have to climb many stairs to get to the front door, and once you enter, there ir no roof, so if it is raining, you will get wet.

The staff were super helpful in suggesting stuff to do and how to get around and place was great, clean and nice view
Was a bit far from the main area of La Paz, but was only a short teleferico ride in

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. You can tell that the family who runs the hotel takes a lot of pride in what they do. The rooms were spacious and sparkling clean. It’s in a nice residential area close to the green cable car. We arranged pick-up from the bus station through the hotel and it was affordable and on-time. We cannot say enough good things about this property! Stay here!!
