Was in a good location for what we needed for the night
The noise!!! Right on the main road, window was broken so all evening and night all we could hear was the traffic and outside. Tried to cover the window, ear plugs, pillows over our heads but nothing worked. It was awful. Also doors slammed so loudly by others no consideration and walls couldn't be thinner. Terrible night and stay

The room was ideal for my requirements. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I didn't get to sample the food as I was attending a weekend event, but they serve a very good pint of Wadsworth 6x there
All fine for me

Room was a bit crampt

Friendly staff ample safe parking and food was not only great value but great all round! Rooms were clean and just did exactly as I wanted
Although I knew no breakfast was included as not a b&b this would be the only improvement but again I knew it wasn't an option but this is me being picky

Really good value for money and much quieter than I expected.
Decor was a bit dated but as expected for the price.

Central location for my work in Surrey. Basic but clean.
Street noise was noticeable and aircraft noise.

Our room was very small and basic

Small room but ok for the price

Convenient for a one night stay, room was comfortable enough, although not large, it had everything required for a comfortable night. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and it was good to be able to keep an eye on my car through the window.
Nothing - for the price paid and my needs for one night this was fine. As a single room, it was not large but perfectly good enough for one night.

shower was good and warm, Wi-Fi good, staff really nice, food and beer in the bar exceptionally good
room a little small but all the other benefits outweighed the room size

Fabulous accommodation clean .. towels shampoo soap available kettle tea milk biscuits etc free wifi and parking . I asked wifi code at past midnight and staff replied immediately. Wonderful friendly people. Opposite huge Tesco Waitrose on high street very convenient Japanese takeaway 2 min drive away . Safe area . Comfy bed clean room , storage , tv, lovely bathroom hot shower . Overall great value for 58 gbp a night. 3 min from m25 very convenient. No upfront deposit fab !
I think a free small water bottle in the room would enhance customer welcome efforts. Also hair dryer bolted to the wall or availability would add extra value . Otherwise lovely accommodation for reasonable price

Friendliness of staff and customers in the bar
Nothing

Everything
Having to. Leave the bar and go outside to get to my room
3.7
Not much, if I'm honest.
Noisy floorboards, a broom cupboard for a bedroom, the light in the hallway stayed on all night, and flooded the room through the gaps round the door. Noisy guests were crashing about at all hours, especially one genius ringing the doorbell at 1:30 in the morning - and another clown sat under my window in his van with the engine running at 2:45.
Not the Crouch Oaks fault, I grant you.

Ideal location for Brooklands Motor Museum, very help full staff, on site parking and a bar downstairs.
I asked about breakfast, but not available, but I did find a cafe a 2 minute walk away, but there was a clagging off and on outside, I'm not sure where it was coming from had to stuff paper in my ears to drown it out.

Close to where I needed to work
I had a beautiful blue bathsheet stolen from my room not good!!
