House and beach were great. Lots of room for big group. Checkout policy a bit too much (wash and dry beach towels and empty dishwasher). Beds were comfortable and tvs in every room. Kids bunk room had lots of toys and games.

This lakehouse was well suited for the 11 members of our family. The large dining room table accommodated our meals and was used for games and cards during some rainy weather. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean; the kitchen was well equipped. Some of the furnishings and contents were dated, but functional for all.

Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. A couple of small issues. There were large ants in the main bathroom. The large pontoon boat under the only tree in the backyard that provided shade was not ideal. The grill is a disaster waiting to happen. The bottom is literally rusted out right above the propane tank.

Our family had a great time! Place was clean and spacious. We had lots to do with all the outdoor activities! One thing I would say is that the main room gets warm if you leave all the curtains open, the sun beats down in there. So if you close them up during the day it stays much cooler. Would definitely stay again!

Wow how beautiful the location and views even in mid March. Loved the pet pen to easily and safely let out the our pup. Our max # was 11 but loved if that more could stay if needed...pullout couch. Open living design made it easy for at least 30 people in doors...the house was great!

The property was simply perfect for our needs. We had 12 adults on a golf trip and required spots for all to sleep and a large room for meals and game time. This spot was everything we could have asked for. One small complaint...............might be time for a new coffee maker. All than that, it was great!

Good location, great fishing. The living room is unusable if temp go over 80, gets very hot because no curtains on the upper windows and no A/C registers in the room. Teflon coming off pots for cooking, All mattresses need replacement as they are worn out. Property is on well water. Bring bottled water for drinking, brushing. Only one person can shower at a time because water pressure is poor. Grill bottom is rusted out do not use as flames are right above propane tank.

Her directions are precise and you need very little to no help to get and access her property. Couldn’t be happier! This place has it all! The house is spacious and open. We used the kayaks and peddle boat. Enjoyed the large yard for games. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and concerns.

The last 3 days were hard because a tornado hit and all power was gone. We had no AC, water, etc. The property became unsafe for our kids and us as adults so we departed early. There were broken electrical lines in the front yard, 100 plus foot trees in front yard and backyard making unsafe and hard to do anything. No water to use bathrooms, etc. We hope some type of credit can be applied because of what happened and the danger the property presented.

The house was spacious and allowed for all of us to go to our own space. Was grateful to have 3 bathrooms with a group of 15. The house was very clean! The kitchen was great to navigate 2 to 3 people cooking without bumping into each other. We took a it air mattresses and used those instead of the pull out couch. Was bummed that the beach area was very seaweedy so really couldn't swim there. Also the kayaks could not be used because they were full of earwigs. We bought bug spray and tried to clean them out but that didn't help. Other complaint would be the room with bunk beds was very hot! There was a thermostat on the wall but we couldn't get it to work.
