LOVED the tub and wrap around porch!
There were no streetlights leading to the cabin. It was very hard to maneuver around the washed out driveway in the dark. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way.

I never got to see the cabin. I was not met by anyone, and when I was finally given the address of the cabin it was on a steep mountain and hardly any address numbers to go by, and maps didn't work up on the mountain either. Very disappointing, so I went down the mountain and found a woman that got me to the main road and I had to rent a hotel room for a couple of nights. Then my time there started improving considerably. I would not recommend it at all, but there are also no refunds from them, which doesn't seem right since I never got to the cabin at all and I had to get another room to stay in.

the cabin is well furnished with everything you need for an essential cooking. Hot tub warmed-up and ready to use at our arrival. dishwasher with soap available. particularly nice the back balcony with swing for an evening chill out moment.
The BBQ needs maintenance.

Got lost. No one answered the phone after hours. Should say only use directions in text not to google it. As the address doesn’t exist. Also brought movies was told dvd player was in room but not true. Phone service iffy so couldn’t use that.

We liked how secluded it was and how the cabin was stocked. It felt homey.
The boards around the outside hot tub were spongey and felt unsafe, the Jets in the hot tub outside did not work right (very weak). The inside hot tub faucet leaked when turned on. The shower curtain was not long enough in the bathroom shower, water leaked all over the bathroom floor.

very secluded, quiet, private
The steps going up to the chalet was very steep esp with luggage, need the back porch with a gate and picnic table and grill instead of down at foot of steps, it needed to be furnished with wood for fireplace, shower was very small, hot water was extremely hot, pots n pans needed to be stainless

Mountain Berry - the view (because there was no leaves on the trees) and the fireplace where what we really enjoyed. Getting there was a challenge, and couldn’t make it because of the ice and snow on the roads the first two nights. Please learn from our mistake and get TRAVEL INSURANCE if you are traveling during the winter months unless you travel with tire chains - 4x4 only won’t help on ice :(. They are not responsible for “acts of God”. Every road was clear until we got to the road to the cabin.
The bed was hard. The bathroom shower is way too small. The heart shaped spa was not powerful at all. Half of the jets in the hot tub weren’t working resulting in more of just a hot bath. Pictures presented with ad are for ALL of their properties and you don’t know which one you are booking. The Mountain Berry which we ended up with had two flights of stairs to climb to get to it. Not ideal for packing all your belongs up and down, at least not for us anyway.

It was clean, but the jacuzzi inside didn't work, the water coming out of the shower smelled terrible, we couldn't bathe for 2 days and the water in the jacuzzi outside had a lot of chlorine.

Location was beautiful, cabin entry was so easy receiving a lockbox code and getting key myself. I cant wait to come back for my next getaway! I wouldnt change a thing, and inside the cabin was nice and clean!! Thank you....
Anyone is always going to ask to get the price down just to save money, nothing other than that.

I liked how private and cozy it was for my husband and me. the hot tub was awesome and everything was clean and charming.
I didn't like that there wasn't a washer and dryer but I knew that going into. Just would have been convenient to at least be able to dry wet clothes after the hot tub.
