Welcome to my 2BR, 2Bath beachfront condo located in Beach Colony West Resort - the newest condominium on Navarre Beach with great beach views and with the largest pool and balcony on this beachfront. Reserved parking is conveniently provided in a private 4 story garage and this 14th floor unit is accessed by three elevators. Condo entry controlled by touch-pad keyless lock.
Lighted tennis courts are on the top level of the parking garage.
The large combination living/dining room has 9' ceilings and has beach views through floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. Ample living room seating is provided on a queen sleeper sofa, 2 seater sofa, and additional chairs. This area provides plenty of space for reading, relaxing, beach viewing, or watching the 65” LG UHD smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player. The dining area provides comfortable and spacious seating for 8. The large dining table was specially created by 'The Beach House' in Gulf Breeze, FL. The modern kitchen with granite counter tops and marble splash backs is well-designed and equipped for gourmet cooking. Entertaining is a pleasure on the largest balcony in Navarre Beach (267 sq. ft.). It can accommodate 6-8 people with a table and chairs, and comfortable lounges. Patio furniture is powder coated aluminum with Sunbrella brand cloth materials.
The master suite has a king size bed, 55" LG HD/LED TV with Blu-ray DVD player, walk-in closet, and plenty of storage. The large floor to ceiling sliding glass door leads out to the spacious balcony. The master bath connects to the master bedroom and has a large, marble jacuzzi tub, separate glass-walled shower, private toilet, double sinks in a marble vanity, and ocean views. The second bedroom is located off the hallway and has a queen size bed with a 55" LG HD/LCD TV with Blu-ray DVD player. A full bath adjoins this bedroom with marble vanity, tub and shower combination, and linen closet. The separate laundry room has a new full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, and storage. UPDATE: Master bedroom and 2nd bedroom mattresses and box springs replaced November 2020 with luxurious BeautyRest Black sets.
The outside storage closet is adjacent to the stairwell located across from the front door. Free high-speed HD cable TV and internet is provided for your email, texting, surfing and high def TV. Free Wi-Fi provided within the unit and throughout the grounds. I lease and manage my property and have local representation for cleaning, maintenance, and emergencies. Beach service set up of 1 umbrellas and 2 chairs is included in the rate during the months of March through the end of October. Additional services including bicycle and kayak rentals are available through the on-site vendor.
Plenty of excellent restaurants are just a short drive away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Sailor's Grill. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!
- Attractions galore in Pensacola (~25 miles away), including: Blue Angels air shows at Naval Air Station, Naval Air Station Museum (one of the top 10 tourist attractions in the state); famous Portofino Boardwalk, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, live entertainment, and much more; Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium, which boasts one of the best views in all of sports; incredible restaurants including Joe Patti’s World Famous Seafood Market; and much, much more!

Loved our stay at Navarre Beach this week!!! Steve Robbins was a gracious and helpful host and very responsive to our needs. The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Boogie boards in the outdoor closet for the kids, plenty of cookware/kitchen supplies, the sleeper sofa has a blowup mattress embedded in that can be inflated for extra cushion/padding. The master bed slept like a dream--best night's sleep I've had in ages. We could see dolphins from the balcony and the water was sea green and clear. Felt like a home away from home!! Would definitely be back

First thing...the place was clean, very clean, furniture even looked like it was vacuumed! Large balcony overlooking the beach, kitchen well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Bed in master was extremely comfortable. Forgot beach toys? Look in the closet outside of condo, it's probably in there. Everything worked as it should, hot water, fridge, ice maker, Keurig, washing machine and dryer, everything. Did I mention it was clean? Overall great stay, would rent again. Thanks for a great week.

We had a great time in Navarre. We have been on the hunt for a place with the beauty of Destin without the crowd. This is it. Great property. Well stocked, the condo had everything we needed. Beach Colony is well maintained and it shows. Very tidy and things were well run. We enjoyed the gorgeous view, the large pool, the fun/chill crowd, a handful of restaurants in walking distance, watching fisherman on the pier and space!

Beautiful views, clean property, calm environment
We stayed at the Beach Colony Resort at Navarre Beach. I can't say enough nice things about the staff of the Beach Colony we encountered. They were professional, while friendly and ensuring their jobs were done.
Our host was Steaven Robbins. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was finishing up- the previous tenants had apparently trashed the place, and it took them longer to clean up. The place smelled great and was very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach, while crowded, was still peaceful compared to the chaos of PCB. The pool, even on days when there were no chairs available, still somehow managed to not be crowded. We went out on the pier each night after dinner. We saw several sea turtles, learned about Remora and saw a few, saw one small shark get caught, got to watch the crew get ready to fish for large sharks to catch and tag, and saw lots of sargassum! We loved the condo, the beach, the atmosphere- well, the adults did, the 13 and 14 year olds were entertained, but wanted more to do in the evenings. However, we came to Navarre instead of PCB for a reason- the smaller crowds!

A Very Merry Christmas!
The condo is super clean! The kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. We decided that this trip would be the trip that we “made do with what we had”. Needless to say we didn’t feel that we missed out on anything!
The location is great as you are steps from the beach and an easy walk to a couple of places to eat or grab a drink.
The shining star for our family was the balcony with more than enough seating and a table to enjoy a cup of coffee, a cocktail or a meal. It’s the perfect place to wind down after a day on the beach!
Such a great place to spend Christmas and ring in the New Year, complete with fireworks on the beach.

He answered all of our questions before our trip began and gave great advice and recommendations for eating, shopping, and staying in Navarre. We referred to him as Consierge Steve. His condo is beautiful! Breathtaking views of the beach and pool. We've stayed at Beach Colony twice now and have been happy both times. However, we especially loved the view of the beach and pool from 14 floors up. And when looking the other direction you can see the sound and bridge and all the comings and goings of the bay side. The patio was furnished perfectly and allowed lots of family time even when it was raining. We had great views of the 4th of July fireworks off the pier....a definite highlight of our vacation. The condo was clean, well maintained, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having 2 Beach chairs and an umbrella as part of our stay was awesome!!! Steve also has a closet full of all the things you would need for the beach (buckets, shovels, tubes, etc) so we didn't have to bring them with us. We'll for sure be back!!!!
