Прекрасен апартамент в центъра на Ереван.

Перфектен апартамент в центъра. Чист с телевизор, хладилник, пералня, ютия, печка кухненска. Дневната и кухнята са много светли, в спалнята е по- тъмно. Апартаментът е на 7 етаж и има хубава гледка към Арарат. Има два асансьора. Собственикът Хагоп е много точен!!! Благодаря му за жеста, който направи за нас!

Okay value for money, given it was booked last minute.

Location and price were the key points that have gotten my attention. Grocery store on the ground floor and a decent coffee point across the street are very handy. Hot water and heater were working well.

Kitchen utensils were scarce and outdated - i had to buy my own frying pan to do the eggs in the morning, as the one provided was old and scratched (not safe to use).

Strongly recommended!

Excellent location, close to many sightseeing places and the main squire. Sufficient facilities to cook yourself and a lot of possibilities to eat out. The host immediately responding to whatever questions. No problems with taking keys and giving these back.

The hot water is of unstable temperature.

Very good

Nice apartment in the city centre. Great view - on sunny days you can see Ararat. A very friendly and ready to help host.

The sofa was not very comfortable to sleep on. Heavy curtains would be nice for a living room as it gets really sunny early in the morning.

Good apartment for group of 4 friends

Cosy apartment in great location close to Republic Square. Great host who answered all our questions.

Sometimes water was either cold or hot but it was minor issue. Overall everything was fine.

Exceptional

Very good communication with owner, super central location with everything close by. Just across the street from Family House , an amazing local restaurant.

The entrance from the backyard was a little dodgy but it also added to the realness of living in a real Armenian apartment building.

Hakob was very kind and helpful. He made sure our stay way pleasant, even if it was only for one night. Location is excellent, just near the Republic Square. You can find accross the street a 24/7 well equipped SAS supermarket with a fast food joint, cafés and restaurants. The place was perfectly clean, spotless, it is well equipped with anaything you'll need for a short or long stay. The cherry on the top is definitely drinking your morning coffee or evening beer on the balcony with the mount Ararat at the background. I definitely recommend Hakob and his apartment. Enjoy your stay!

Hacob is a good Host but did not agree to give 1 hr late checkout, flat & location are awesome.

the flat is renovated and have everything you need

the bedroom double Bed is noisy and needs new mattress. the building entrance smells Garbage , the elevator is very old and i took the staircase to 7th floor cause it was not working 25th July morning 9:00 am for two hours.

Very hospitable host, exceptionally clean apartment, with great view of city and Mount Ararat.

My host, Hakob, was like a brother, always concerned and ready to help with whatever I need. The place is exceptionally clean. I also like the simplistic yet artful design and set up of the rooms, and enjoyed the view from the windows and balcony, as well as the morning sun rays getting inside. So I still get sun even when staying indoor! This is a plus specially during these covid times. Hakob offered me his parking gate key but declined as pretty much every where I need to go is walking distance, which also gave me good exercise. So easy for me to feel at home here that I would like to stay permanently. Thank you, Hakob, for your awesome Armenian hospitality and very memorable stay in your apartment.

At first the shower temperature was not easy to control, but learned an easy trick and enjoyed my showers.
