Lovely welcome, we had a lovely double room at the front of the hotel with incredible views. We were given a flask of fresh milk on arrival to make a cuppa. Breakfast was excellent with homemade marmalade.

We had a wonderful stay at Cleeve Hill Hotel. The rooms were very clean and well organised, with everyhting that you might need. The beds were very, very comfortable and the view from our room was great. The breakfast was deliciuos. We would love to come back again.
Thank you Lindsey.

Homemade cookies, jams and granola; and locally produced food is such a nice touch to a delicious breakfast. My room was spotless and the view amazing. The host was so friendly and welcoming.
The hotel rate is quite expensive considering it’s a B&B. The front garden and exterior could do with some attention. Also, while the advantage is the beautiful, rural, quiet surroundings, you do need a car.

Stunning view and amazing service, thank you so much!

Great location for Cotswold Way.
Our room definitely needed decorating and the bathroom was below expections. If you want a shower make sure you request it as we didn’t have one, just a bath. Sorry for negative review, the other rooms may be just fine.

Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Friendly reception. Our room was very ‘Agatha Christie-ish’. Old charm. Breakfast was nice too, range of cereals, yoghurt, granola, seeds and fruit, and toast, plus cooked.
Located directly on the. it’s wild way, with the back entrance leading straight onto the hills. Amazing view over towards the Malvern Hills, with the whole valley in between. Laundry facilities always welcome.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean room with a gorgeous view. Lindsey is very welcoming, helpful and goes the extra mile to support and accomodate needs and requests, even for little ones.
The breakfast room and the lounge area are gorgeous. We had a great full English breakfast freshly cooked.
We struggled a little bit to set the water at a comfortable temperature in the bathroom. Car parks a bit narrow (but we have been informed prior arrival). Other than that, all perfect!

Was great location to races . Breakfast was great overall good

Breakfast was lovely. Bed was comfy although not sure it was an Emperor just 2 singles pushed together?
Too many unnecessary restrictions in place. suggest wording is changed on website around honesty box and tuck shop. We were only notified this wasn’t available after we had booked. pity as we had a suite and wording says complimentary access to tuck shop which would have been nice coming back after a long day. This should be made clear. There was no milk either of the rooms we booked after our long day this was not good enough. I felt this was a B&B not a hotel. Could have been more accommodating on race day allowing us to at least leave our one small suitcase inside the hotel. The fact you couldn’t even go in is a bit over the top. It was a shame to see the lounge closed and also be told check in was by 8pm when in the email it states 10pm. We arrived after check out for previous guests so why not just give us a key if you won’t keep a case for us and won’t let us check in after 8pm. Notice the hotel has been for sale on Rightmove so won’t be returning here as it probably won’t be a hotel for much longer

The host lindsey provided excellent facilities, the accommodation was spotless and very covid friendly ensuring we were as safe as possible. The breakfast was individually prepared to your liking and of very good quality.
The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the hotel and would certainly consider a return visit.
On this occasion our main purpose was to visit the racecourse which was easily accessible with a short car journey or a pleasant walk for those who would prefer.
The only negative if you could call it that, was in our case was the unfortunate lack of public transport.
This did not deter from an otherwise perfect getaway. This is no reflection on the hotel, so it shouldn't be putting anyone from going
