Cosy place in the heart of Park Street

- clean and well maintained - staff behavior - working fridge - room size - a/c works perfectly

- all outside signage says that it's on the 4th floor., but the front desk is on the second... Misleading. - breakfast choice is limited and constraining - room 11 - bathroom door cannot be kept open

Don't think twice. Book it.

This place is honestly a hidden gem. Tucked away behind in an old building, the moment you step into it, the loud buzz of traffic just disappears. It's very clean and comfortable. Super convenient as it's right in the middle of park Street with everything accessible from pubs, restaurants, bars, iconic food joints(Kusum Rolls, Flurry's right below you and Balaram Mallik), shopping (New Market), etc The staff are very friendly and cater to all your needs. Please ask for Mr.Biplap, he's extremely helpful. All the rooms are quaint and warm. Feels like a home away from home. It's definitely value for money.

Honestly, there's nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Bath room access. Steps inadequate large steps while coming down its deep . If you’re engrossed, you might definitely fall . Fear of fall . Definitely need to work on it . No large mirror

All in all, Park Suites provides a nice escape from the noise of the street level.

The Indian breakfast choices were my favorite. The location, albeit on a busy Park Street, is very good, with an excellent restaurant, One Step Up, right downstairs. Furlys cafe and restaurant, an institution in Kolkata, is right down the street, if you may crave to visit that kind of place.

Coffee. Nescafe is not a good coffee, period. You can find a better coffee. Do away with serving Western breakfast of white bead and French fries - it's unhealthy junk food!

Nothing really except location and bathroom size

Rooms on different floors.. No feel of a hotel at all. No restaurant.. Only one dish was to be ordered aon prev evening for breakfast which they would order Terrible approach to stairs from a smelly alley

Excellent,memorable stay,which was very good value for money.

Excellent location.Very close to Park street Metro. The hotel is smack bank in the middle of city. Very helpful friendly staff. The manager was very welcoming. We reached a few hours early. The manager was kind enough to prepare a room within 5 minutes. Very neat and clean room. Good breakfast. Would recommend.Definitely worth considering for the location and rate, instead of paying lot of money to 4star/5star hotels in the vicinity.

Nothing really to complain about, though I didn't feel it was value-for-money.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property itself is in a dinghy building and while the interiors were decent enough, didn't think it was worth the money I paid for it.

Very comfortable hotel & value for money

The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Park street, which has several restaurants, pubs & shopping places within few minutes of walk. The nearest Metro station is 'Park street station' which is 10 minutes of walk from the hotel & has good connectivity to the rest of the city.

Everything is great I really enjoyed my stay there. Felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast was also great!

Communication through landline phone not possible. Also the towels are quite old and has been used and washed for a quite long time. Gets noisy during the early morning

Well located. Good price. Pretty and clean from the inside.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is walking distance to many cafés and restaurants. Even though the hotel is located in a random building which is not pretty at all, once you enter the rooms, it is very pretty. It is extremely clean and it looks way better from the inside that from the outside.

Maybe the fact that the front desk is right outside the room. They were very quiet, but still, you do not have too much privacy.

Great!

Apart from the entrance (which is a bit shady), everything was very good. As I took an early flight, I needed an early check-in, which was facilitated by the hotel, really thankful for that! The breakfast is good. The staffs are friendly too!

Overall great stay at Park Suites, definitely recommended!

This place gets 5 stars for its superb location! Although not a conventional hotel per se with lobby, fitness room, pool etc, the spacious and airy guest rooms are part of a heritage apartment building with comfortable furniture and frugal but effective fixtures, with additional requirements such ironing board, weighing scale only a quick ask away. Its location on Kolkata's iconic Park Street and proximity to famous landmarks, well known restaurants and metro works in its favor. The hotel is in the same building that also houses Kolkata's famous cake shop and restaurant 'Flurys'. Service is great. All staff (Biplab, Gopi, Bimal da) were very helpful. We also loved the food from Mocambo Restaurant food (we ordered Chinese) that we ordered in the room. In-house guests are also entitled to additional discount (same owners as Park Suites)

Only reason the room should get a star less is because of its old style unmarked and unsupported stairs to access the bathroom within the room, posing to be a potential safety hazard for the elderly.

Definitely a property that we will come back to again when in Kolkotta - for sure!

Excellent staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The staff was also very helpful. The service, location and access were excellent, in fact they were better than some of the star hotel rooms! The breakfast was sumptuous and served warm.

It is very old building. From outside of the hotel you may disappointed. But interior is good.
