Very funy. After 10 pm whole night AC and Hot Water did not work. I think from the hotel power lined off whole night.

Average but can do better after changes are done.

Let me be frank. I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel. So I got the basic facilities. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Well, sad to say there a lot of things. Starting from the fact that you have to walk from Ground Floor to the 1st floor for lift. Not good for senior citizens. Also out of the 2 passenger lifts, 1 was not working for nearly the entire stay. While the rooms are ok, I feel that more thought should have been given to things life location of AC and TV. The AC was located at a level below where our beds were. So could get enough of the cold air as wanted in the heat. Also TV is set up on the table. That takes away nearly 80% of the table space. But mostly it was the stairs and the lifts that troubled us the most. Also the location is such that Ola / Uber were not ready for pick-up or drop due to the crowd outside the hotel.

There was a shortage of staff. We need to call to the desk inorder to get a staff service. Very bad service. It takes atleast 15 minutes to get a service for a call.

The person at the front office was rude. I was not provided a double bed room inspite of asking so many times. they joined two twin beds which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. thehotel staff were equally not helpful or courteous. wont recommend nor will visit ever again. the price was overpriced and the property is overrated. in this price range you get far better properties.

The location was too good,just in the middle of the new market. Also the lower ranked staffs were very good ,like the durbaan etc

It was not at all worth the price. Not at all. We were charged 5000/- plus for a small,dim,old,room. The higher ranked staffs had no etiquette. The buffet had no variety. Menu repeated everyday. Hotel needs renovation badly. The lifts were too slow and the service was horrible. I would definitely not go back to this hotel anymore and will also not recommended it to anyone. Overall it's not withy to be called as a 3 star hotel undoubtedly. Not at all worthy the price. I felt like staying in a cheap and old hotel with a cost of more than 5000/-

It was good but it could be better

Behaviour of every staff was awesome. Room was also clean.

Bed was two single beds merged to one and there was a big gap which was increasing with respect to time that was too too too much annoying. I booked a double occupancy room. Ofcourse it should be a king size or double occupancy bed. But in 95% of the room there is two single size bed. I told them to merge those two they also did it. But it was a big gap between two bed and that was very very very uncomfortable. When I am booking for double occupancy and the price is not cheap then they should provide this. Another thing it is not value for money. Every thing is good the room, the ambience, staff.... But food is too much overpriced.
