The place was unique!
We were given a house instead of rooms which worked out perfect as we got the fights on the TV !
The staff in the bar were so friendly, food was top level, Tiernan the barman kept us well refreshed with Drinks....
Weather was great so we were able to enjoy outside drinks.
Not a thing! I will be back !

Staff very friendly and lovely breakfast.
A private bathroom instead of a shared bathroom.
A small bin in the bedroom would be good.

The room was absolutely lovely, and the staff were very accommodating. Great kitchen facilities & everything was nice & clean.
The room we were given was directly above the pub itself, so it was fairly loud until around 2-3am in the morning. Not a huge deal if you like to party, but maybe not the best place to stay if you are simply in need of a night's sleep.

The bed was fine.
Where to start? I arrived just after 2pm which was when check-in was supposed to begin. There seems not to be a reception so I went to the bar where a staff member said the rooms weren't ready and to come back in 30 mins. I did so and went to my room which was fine. I came down at around 7.30 and asked the girls in the Restaurant what time food was being served to and was told 8-8.30. I had a drink and at 7.50 I requested a table only to be told that the kitchen was closed and the chef had gone home. I was offered chicken, potatoes and sauce which I refused! I had to go to Domino's in Armagh to get a pizza. In the morning I found there was no hot water in either the tap or the shower. I dressed and went to check out only to find there was no-one in the building. I tried several locked doors, bar, restaurant, 'Staff Only' with no response. I have no idea even if the place does breakfast. In the end I left. I still have my room key as there was nowhere to leave it safely. This place is clearly a successful business and was very busy throughout the day but it doesn't seem to be geared up to keep overnight guests.

The noise out the front was very loud even I asked the one off the buncer till turn it down and he never done it and it was very very warm in the rooms plus we could haer the poeple next door was alot off noise on the bed so over we didn't get much sleep it would have been better if yas put us round the back were we could get peace till sleep

The location was perfect, trees, flowers a little stream, birds, sheep and cows.
O.Well I arrived on a Wednesday. There was know one at the property. I knocked, no answer. I phoned, no answer. The property is located 6 miles outside Armagh. I had arrived by taxi. I sat for an hour thinking that someone would show up any minute, as it happened a man passing in his van stopped and said Are you still sitting there? (Its Ireland)
He obviously knew the owner rang him, found out where the key was hidden and let me in. Umm, it had been described as quaint. Just inside the door was a steep staircase at the top several doors. There was my room at the end of the landing. The door to the right of my room was the shower and to the left the toilet. My room, well describing it to my daughter i said Its like a room your great grandmother might have occupied and when she passed in 1963 the door was closed and forgotten about until i opened it. I have to say I was a little spooked.
The following evening the bar and restaurant were packed and a woman was showing the other rooms to a couple who wanted to have their wedding reception there. So it is very popular I just got there a day to soon. Opens Thursday to Sunday
Mars bar cheesecake. Umm heaven on a plate

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely top notch. Followed by good drinks and music in the bar. Great atmosphere all round.

The staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. The location meant there were a healthy lot of locals who could not have made us feel more welcome.
Nothing not to like.

Perfect place to get away from the town life and everyone was so friendly. Food was excellent and the breakfast was lovely at extra cost as this is charged separately but well worth it. The chef cremated our fried eggs though lol apart from that the fry’s are beautiful. It’s very old fashioned place but the decor goes along with the stunning views around you. Definitely worth a stay but be prepared for the music on at 8am in the morning blasting from the speakers at your window! Earplugs definitely needed with everyone talking outside after they leave the bar downstairs. It’s ok for the early birds or for them that don’t sleep but when your not getting over til 3am and then woke at 8 it felt such a let down not to be able to get that lay-in as breakfast didn’t start til 10am. We were shattered. There was no hot water working to get a shower. The entertainment, pub, restaurant and food was beautiful with everything you need at hand. Would stay again as long as the music wasn’t blasting outside your room windows at 8am 😀
The loud music from the speakers outside the bedroom window at 8am and no hot water.
