Excellent full English breakfast everyday with a comfortable room and double bed with all the amenities.

Clean as advertised great staff
Slight confusion with booking.com, which the hotel sorted

The staff from the hotel were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much of a hard work as they were very diligent. The breakfast was very nice and the food of their restaurant was delicious.
4.5
lovely new and clean bathrooms
was a bit noisy at night on the road beside the hotel, but nothing more than expected!

Wide variety breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, good location
Room was too small, you can hear people walking and talking in the other rooms
Not enough space near on street car parking

Property was more than adequate, perfectly clean and functional.
All the staff we encountered were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of info about what to do and where to go.

Very welcoming staff, very clean room and a great breakfast option.
Room was poorly lit. The rest was great.
3.5
Our room was spacious and comfortably furnished. The breakfast offered a good choice of cooked food. The hotel is conveniently located close to the seafront with frequent bus services to the town centre and other parts of the island.
The warmth of welcome from the staff was somewhat variable.
4.5
Superb manx kippers for breakfast.
Evening meal in the restaurant was first class.
Wifi in the room was a bit unreliable but was fine in the lounge and restaurant areas. No great problem.

location was good
there was empty food wrappers left in room aswell as hair from previous guests. no signal in room & no wifi in the entire room also! could only get wifi connection when sitting downstairs.

Stayed at this guest house as a child in 1962. That's why I chose it. Loved the size of the room and the large bed. Bathroom a good size too. Also just near the promenade.
The whirlpool bath didn't work and, apart from the night of arrival, the water wasn't hot.

The breakfast is very good but the room not as roomy as it has been made to look on the website. The stairs are very narrow and steep so not easy with a big heavy suitcase. We loved the Isle of Man and motored round most of it. We paid our bill but the receptionist couldn't give us a detailed itemised receipt because of some glitch with the computer system. Could I please have one now? You have our email address. We stayed from 14th to 18th September in room 205. Thank you.
We hated the staircase but that seems to be the norm on the IOM. Very difficult with no lift. As stated, room not as spacious as portrayed.
4.5
Great, decent-sized room in a really convenient location (bus stop is 30 seconds walk from the door). Staff brilliant and friendly. The breakfast is lovely - a great full English but the kippers were even better!
4.5
my room was fantastic
the door handle / entrance coming in to the property. I struggled two or three times with the card to get in to the hotel.
4.0
The breakfasts were superb and the staff so friendly. The fact that they were served in a different building did not matter one bit. The bedroom had in it everything that I needed. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Everything made for a most enjoyable first stay on the IOM.
4.5
Spent six very nice days at Glen Mona , my room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed , staff were very helpful and the breakfast always first class , great position for holiday or working , i would certainly recommend .
If you`re in a car parking might be a bit of an issue but to be fair there are lots of "on road" spaces , I was also there when the promenade was still under construction .

Food amazing. Staff lovely. Loves everything about my stays

The service provided by the staffs what they had under the covid economy. Reduced staffs.
Rooms/toilets not cleaned regularly. I had to do my own bed. They could have at least had someone come and clean the toilet/bathroom. Could improve on the dinner menu .
