- No friends or family are allowed to visit. Strictly only guests that are checked in are allowed onto the property.
- THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Incl making a noise at 3 am when you return from the party. Our guests are generally families and business people so they do not like to be kept awake or woken up at night

- Please leave the cottage in a respectable state as we only have a few hours between guests to clean
- Please remain courteous and respectful of the other guests on the property as well as the home owners
- You will be asked to leave if these rules are broken and you will not get a refund.
Please note the 3 extra beds that are available are single mattresses which can be placed on the floor in any of the rooms. These are obviously more suitable to children

OTHERWISE THE APARTMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. AND THE STAFF (EMMANUEL) AND THE OWNER (BRIDGET) TREATED US WELL.
The fact that we shared bathrooms which is in the main bedroom with children. We had to go out of the bedroom so that our adult children can bath.
I WISH THEY HAD BATHROOM OUTSIDE THE BEDROOM, ITS BETTER THAN SHARING.

Nothing was as I expected
The treatment we receives with my family and rudeness of the owner . She was also screaming and very unbecoming serv8ce after we paid to enjoy our holidays but all was messed up as we arrived. They could not provide a proper accomodation for all of us my daughter had to be accommodated in a living room even after we paid extra for her as the booking was incorrect captured . I requested a accomodation for the little one with proper room to accommodate her and was willing to pay for it but the owner was rude and even claimed we wanted charity after we paid for our accomodation. We did not enjoy the stay and we were welcomed badly. I would not recommend this accomodation to anyone. I have booked via booking.com for years but never been treated so bad or received such low standard service from the owner
