Великолепное расположение и очень доброжелательный персонал! На этом плюсы заканчиваются)). К уборке претензий нет. Завтраки оценить не могу, бронировали без них, т.к. в округе очень много достойных заведений с вкуснейшим завтраком (тарифы разные - от 500 до 1500 рублей за комплект).

1) оплату взяли только налом, якобы не работают терминалы. Пришлось бежать в обменник. 2) в душевой вода то кипяток, а через секунду холодная. Ну очень неудобно)). Шампунь положили один раз, гель для душа и зубные принадлежности отсутствовали. Полотенца меняли, проблем не было. 3) окно в номере не открывалось, да и вообще по факту отсутствовало, это был некий застекленный угол комнаты. 4) Бронировали 2 номера (достались 813 и 815), в одном был чайник (без "чая-кофе"), а в другом номере был рабочий холодильник)). Резюмирую: отель очень-очень требует ремонта. 100%

Nic. Ten hotel to jakaś wielka porażka! Powinni go zamknąć i wyremontować!!!

Brud, bałagan, zepsute wyposażenie, zepsuty prysznic, grzyb na ścianach, smród w pokoju!

Вход в отель красивый,чистый.Вкусный кофе только в кафетерии.Уборка в комнате супер!Рядом с центром.

Обслуживание не понравилось. Завтрак не вкусный,соки не натуральные,кофе не вкусный!Дверь в комнату плохо открывалась!Фен не работал.Крышка от чайника была сломана!!Напитков и чая в комнате не было.

Impresentables y muy decepcionante

Está bien ubicado.

Ha sido una total decepción. El WiFi simplemente no llegaba a mi habitación, por lo que tenía que bajar a la recepción para poder utilizar el móvil. Me quejé en recepción i pedí cambio de habitación, su respuesta fue negativa. El personal no es nada amigable, trato seco y feo. Les pedí un taxi para ir a un lugar que está a 1.8km i me dijeron si mejor no quería ir a pie, que realmente no había tal distancia i que solo eran 10min i hasta se reía la recepcionista en mi propia cara (!!!!). La realidad es que del hotel hasta Kaskad (Cafesjian Center for the Arts) hay 1.8km i 27min caminando según Google Maps, cualquiera puede verificarlo. També me quejé de que había mucho ruido en la habitación de enfrente (parecía que había una fiesta), i la recepcionista (la misma) volvió a reírse y no hizo nada para solucionar el problema. En términos generales el trato de recepción es malo, impreciso y muy poco profesional. El desayuno muy escaso y poco variado. Pienso que no están preparados para el turismo internacional (ni para el trato humano en general).

Property and location was fair if they improve their receptionists’ customer service.

The receptionist at check in time was rude and she was not even willing to talk, just gave me the key to the room and not willing to continue speaking to reference my questions.

to select the room in the highest floor only !!

perfect location

the room was full of noise, dust, smoke from cars under the room. My room was just above the juction, all the day full of cars, policeman whistling and smoke of smokers on the pavement bed lamp was out of order, the wall plug was dangerously mounted, no ceiling light, the table was unable to use it (no space for legs...) breakfast was so poor, every day the same, with no fantasy female receptionist was absolutely incompetent, she was not able to find the street in the map, was not able to find anything you wanted (the botanic garden, zoof, way to the shopiing center...) pay big attention to thief cab driver in front of the building

Everything was great, the room was upgraded and I wished I had stayed in the hotel for such a short time.

The shower was clean, but rather old.

Great views, great staff and location but construction so loud

Staff like Susanna were wonderful. The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are comfortable and the views are incomparable.

There was nonstop construction until night and I just suffered a head injury and wasn’t feeling well so it made it a million times worse.

A disaster!

The only thing which was okay was that we could check out and go to another hotel without paying for the whole reservation.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been, and I travel a lot. Even a hostel could be more comfortable as this hotel. There was no wardrobe, only a "cave" in the wall which was dirty like hell. The bed was dirty, the bed linen had holes, the bed stank like hell. The bathroom was dirty, dirty, dirty.
