The crying baby oh no actually the lack of facilities, or could it be the greenmould bed actually I think the pervert manager oh I’m just not sure which one to choose from.
Check out my TikTok review , greenmould mattress wardrobes collapsing, shower broken, ground in dirt on walls, the manager asking me for a hug and asking if he can give me a back rub made me feel vulnerable. Never will I wish this on my worst enemy.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming.
The beds were that bad we left at 5am. I know it's a budget hotel, but really , the mattresses were, without a shadow of doubt, the worst we have ever encountered!
Just to add insult to injury, next room had TV on loud all night.
3.3
Bed was comfy.
Staff service....no one around. Had to find someone to ask about an iron. Tv signal didnt work, had to put aerial practically out the window. Toilet roll fell off wall. Very tired, needs some TLC.
3.3
Clean, comfy room. Fan in room was a bonus and greatly appreciated.
No breakfast available
Inadequate shower

We were met with a friendly greeting and checking in was quick and painless. The room was a decent size, clean and fresh. All of the facilities were in good working order and the bed was very comfortable. We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend and would definitely book again

Clean, great value, lovely staff and own set of keys for front door so you can pop in and out with no issues
Nothing! Planning another trip over it was that good

Room was very clean and tidy
Twin room Great for mother & daughter
Good value for money
Room was far too hot even with a fan.
A lot of noise from the young children from early hours across the hall.
No breakfast facility
3.3
Nothing.
The bed throw was badly budded and the shower cubicle was small for me also the room was not fully clean as I opened one of the draws and it had messy crumbs in it. The fridge was not fully working and even after mentioning it to management they claimed it was working just needed abit more time, even after 3hrs it was not fully working. The toilet roll holder was coming off. I wasn't happy with the customer service as I felt that they weren't really helpful at all and were defensive about things rather than trying to help.

The location was great for the train station, as well as the winter gardens, which is where I was visiting for a festival. Very handy for the beach/promenade and with a supermarket in close proximity to both the hotel and the train station. It was quiet enough and the staff seemed friendly.
Since I'd made the booking, the hotel had changed management, so breakfast was no longer available, which wasn't too inconvenient but I was hoping for the option. I didn't have too much interaction from the staff, but this wasn't exactly an issue and a contact number was available for the owners. The bathroom was a little cramped for me but that's just one of those things.

We didn't have breakfast as didn't know it was included. The room was lovely and comfortable and had everything we needed.
A working telephone incase we needed anything. Check out being 10am but when I booked it stated before 11am.
3.3
Staff were extremely helpful, let us into our room hours early, and let us store our bags and charge my phone after we’d checked out. We’d definitely stay again . Thank you!
The TV we couldn’t get it to work - wasn’t a problem as we didn’t spend much time in the room though..
3.3
Location was good. The owners where very helpful.
I had 2 rooms .size of family room was adequate. Fridge in rooms was a bonus
Size of double room wasnt great.not a lot of room to move . TV was very small.
3.3
No breakfast was offered
Room was to small. Bathroom very small bed for the night!

The room was lovely, clean and had everything I needed in it for my two nights stay the staff was very welcoming too. It had a mini fridge, kettle, cups, tea and coffee and a small tv in the room. It's got lovely furniture and a large mirror too. I would recommend anybody to go again so thank you
The only thing I didn't like was the location it was far from where I needed to be so I had to do allt of walking. It is near the sea as it says but if you want to be closer to amusements, shops and pleasure beach end I wouldn't recommend staying here, however it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel it's just the wrong end for me but it's each to their own.
3.3
Beds were OK and comfy
No breakfast available which we thought it was a b&b, no parking available, no coffee or spoons in the room.
Half can of beer left in the fridge (I'm guessing from the last person staying there).
3.3
Great for where we needed to be as seeing a show...clean , comfy , hot shower clean towels, ,good communication with owners, although never saw them..would definitely stay again
Everything fine..
no complaints
3.3
central location
on street parking
No hot water
3.3
Decent size rooms
The lift was really had to handle the doors etc was really stiff especially with a child in a pram on your own and not much space in the lift to move
3.3
not very expensive price, good location
bad entrance to the outside doors- stairs at the entrance, when transporting a child with a stroller, you have to lift it yourself to get inside
3.3
it was quiet an peaceful
3.3
Spotlessly clean.Very helpful staff.would certainty stay again.
3.3
Very good location, quite street, good shower, comfy bed ,nice room with everything you need.
Stayed 6 nights the room was not vacuumed and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay.
3.3
Having the fridge in our room was great, nice to be able to have a cold drink when you get up or whilst getting ready for your night out,
,
This is just a suggestion not a criticism as everything was great,
Small bottles of water don't cost to much from a wholesale or local supermarket, and would be a nice touch if this was complementary to the room,
3.3
cheap, clean & had a lift & fridge.
beds not doubles as expected but smaller. toiletries not as expected - two refill bottles in shower containing shower gel/shampoo & body lotion. fridge much smaller than expected.
