Nous étions à l’hôtel seulement pour dormir

L’emplacement et le personnel très attentif

La décoration de la chambre des tableaux moches pas décoré avec goût la salle de bain sans rideau de douche et aménagement pas pratique avec un miroir grossissant pour personne de 2m . La décoration peut être améliorée

Der Innenpool

Leider kein Begrüssungstee, Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, Zimmer roch nach Toilette. Wurde auch nicht besser obwohl Abhilfe versprochen wurde. Frühstück leider keine Eier!

Beautiful Ryad, nice staff, clean rooms

The staff is super friendly and ready to help you at any time, the rooms are so beautiful and much space with airconditioning. Further I fell in love with the interior, the pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop, they also have a place where you can sunbath. The breakfast was inlcuded and was also very nice staff and delicious food. I will come back to this ryad in the future for sure!

Ottima esperienza

Staff ottimo, principalmente giovani ragazzi sempre disponibili, ottima la possibilità di fare il check in in qualsiasi orario. Camera pulita e grande con armadi e tavolini, c'è anche la televisione. La piscina è un ottimo elemento di arredo, non l'abbiamo usata ma, volendo, era possibile entrarci. Hanno anche un bellissimo tetto piano, arredato con sdraio e un grande tavolo, anche li è presente una vasca nella quale è possibile entrare e rilassarsi un po'. Altra qualità del Riad è la possibilità di arrivarci con i mezzi (taxi e navette per tour-escursioni).

Colazione abbondante, ma non buonissima, comunque buona per essere offerta (solo quella tipica, continentale da pagare a parte). Limitatamente alla stanza in cui ho alloggiato segnalo la scarsa insonorizzazione in generale (si sentono passi e scarichi e anche il megafono utilizzato per il loro richiamo alla preghiera, anche alle 4:30 del mattino, potrebbe dare fastidio a qualcuno).

Très bon séjour

Établissement typique très bien placé dans la médina à 15min à pied de la place jemaa el fna. Chambre propre qui correspond aux photos. Personnel très gentil.

Séjour agréable, hôtes très sympathiques, immersion culturelle.

Belle architecture intérieure, propreté irréprochable, superbes terrasses pour se détendre et regarder le soleil se coucher sur la ville. Situé dans la médina et à courte distance de marche des souks. Selma et Ahmed, tous deux extrêmement sympathiques, compétents et serviables, ont fait de mon séjour un plaisir.

L’unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al Souk e alla piazza principale, per il resto deludente la struttura e i servizi.

La posizione

Camera senza finestra. Struttura buia e piscina con. acqua gelida. Piscina esterna non funzionante. Al nostro arrivo c’è stato richiesto di pagare in contanti perché non funzionava il pos. Il bancomat vicino non funzionava, era tardi e avevamo due bambini, ma non ci avrebbero fatto dormire senza il pagamento del totale importo. Siamo riusciti solo perché dopo svariati tentativi il pos ha funzionato.

Exceptional stay in an amazing hotel

The pool is amazing, rooms were clean and the rooftop also had great seating availability.

Staff had very bad English. Communication wasn’t easy but everything worked out

Nice location.some Sunbeds on the roof. Breakfast normally served prompt.

Just didn't think it was value for £35 a night. The room was quite old and generally in need of maintenance.. We have a fridge but no plug socket nearby..

If you don’t care much about the room and cleanliness, but more about being in tge center. This place is your place, but

The location of the property is really the best! The water pressure of the shower was also very good! But there is a lot of but!

The rooms and bathrooms need renovation. It would already make already a lot of change to invest into new bedsheets and towels. At least people would feel more comfortable and not discussed by them. It’s really pitty because the riad is actually beautiful especially the terrace with an incredible beautiful view… Inside the riad is a bit too dark also the roof could be changed to have more light. This riad has really so much potential… but needs a better management unfortunately… :/

generally pleasant stay

The bed was comfy, there was AC so we could warm up in the cold nights of February. Great cleaning service. Located near the Medina but in quiet s neighborhood. The taxi could drive to the door. Nice chill out rooftop. Great food and snacks stands all around.

There could be at least some cheesespread on breakfast for a little variation. The bathroom could get a coat of paint, as there is no real ventilation, walls tend to mold a bit and paint tearing off. Didn't like to have to pay cash on arrival, because problem with the terminal and WiFi... ATMs there deliver only 2000mad at once so you have to pay the fee many times.

Riad absolutely to be avoided. The structure is very old, dirty and smells like a sewer. The rooms are old and unsanitary, the bathroom was indecent and highly unhygienic with a terribly nauseating smell, the whole room smelled old ... the structure needs a complete renovation. The breakfast was a piece of bread, honey and undrinkable coffee. High price for the type of structure. Marrakech is full of wonderful and fragrant Riads! the photos of booking.com do not coincide with reality.

Great value for money and attentive staff

the Ryad is located in a prime spot of the Medina, close to everything but not too noisy or busy to not let you have a good rest at the end of the day.

Our room didn’t have windows to allow the sunlight to come in, but that was the only one available at the time.

Location and breakfast were good. The top terrace is nice too, although we could only enjoy it for a bit.

Not worth the bother

No kettle in the room, no hot water for drinks. Staffs are frightened of the management, they fog you off by saying, "boss is here, we will do it in 30 minutes". Breakfast is in the cold room is poor.

Cleanliness, kettle in the room, staff willing to help than being/ pretending to be in fear of the 'bosses' for providing any help. The toilet in the 'Deluxe Room' could hardly fit me in, a reasonably fit thin person, anyone slightly bigger would not be able to get in, let alone get out of it once in.

Wifi barely works and when it does, its extremely slow Waited nearly an hour to check in. They were pretty disorganized. After they escorted me to the room and I settled in, 20 mins later, they told me they gave me the wrong room so I had to repack my things and move The photos definitely make it look a lot nicer than it is The pool is really small and the second pool is more like the size of a hot tub Its sort of noisey. I couldnt sleep because of a machine-like thing that keeps turning on/off throughout the night Definitely not soundproof as advertised
