Loved the vibe and the nightly events / happenings. Staff were super friendly and Suzy the cat was my favourite. Great place to stay.
Wish the common room and terrace didn't close at midnight and 10pm respectively. It would be a nice place to hang out quietly.

Awesome vibes, nice common room, clean and helpful staff
I don't really like the fact that you have to put the sheets on your own bed especially if you arrive late and wake everyone up because of it but that's a personal preference and a very minor inconvenience 🙂

Very Dutch, very friendly, very comfortable and hospitable staff.
Well, steep stairs but this is Holland.

It was my first hostel experience and it exceeded my expectations. Location and cleanness was perfect. Staff were really nice and helpful, made my stay really comfortable. Super cool atmosphere, both guests and the place was really chill. Would be back again:)
Only downside was the bunkbeds. They are a bit unstable and shakes due to even little movements of people sleeping. Could wake you up if you are a light sleeper.

The best shower facilities I've seen so far. The water is in the right temperature, adjusted by it's own. You can die in those showers!
They have a cat instead of a dog :p

five minutes walking from Rotterdam Centraal station. Breakfast is good and bedrooms are quite cool. People is kind and the structure is wonderful. Best hostel in my interrail.

Nice vibe, friendly staff, and respectful guests
It was impossible to charge phone at night if you slept on the top bed.

Almost everything went very well there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger on plug, texted them over here after check-out and received it back without problem. Toilet and bathroom was very clean, shared area was very comfy as well. Recommended!
You'll need to walk about 1.1 kilometers to the center, which is quite fine. Another thing, there are no elevators, getting to room and leaving with the luggage was a bit difficult, which is still alright :)

everything clean and the staff so nice
there should be air conditioning in the rooms and one should regulate the shower

A basic but very well designed hostel. I was impressed by their staff: polite, friendly and very helpful on my very late check-in. The room was of a decent size. The location is great.
I was charged two weeks prior to the check in date without any notice. It's still okay, as it was written under payment terms, yet I'd prefer to know there's a charge pending in advance

Close to the central train station. Very comfy. Great kitchen and common area to handout. Friendly staff.
When I was there, it was a little pricy compare to the other hostel. May be there are student groups booking. (I was surprised that it was more costly than the yellow cube house!)
