We had our own private pool. Service, food everything was wonderful. Great service.
3.0
Good variety to breakfast, service was good.
The day we checked in there was a wedding party. We were not allowed to use the rooftop pool with the good views. Music was on till so late in the night and it was very loud. Upon calling management to complain they did not do anything about the loud music. Quite unfair for the rest of the guests. Not happy about this hotel and would not recommend. There are other better hotels which are worth the money.

the room was beautiful, perfectly positioned and really clean. the buffet breakfast was incredible, maybe the best I’ve had. all the staff were super friendly and helpful. location was perfect.
the bath tub wouldn’t fill up. even with the plug inserted, it wouldn’t hold water.

Good food but slim
Once the wedding party showed up regular quest were forgotten with late noise and commotion of moving furniture

I don't rate the hotel 5 stars at all they lack the experience of hospitality , bad facilities, and F&B .
They are using the hotel for the wedding party using the swimming pool and beach and they don't care about the guests . Bad housekeeping , untrained stuff .
Not recommended, not five stars, of course NO value for money.

We really liked the interior design—from the lobby, rooms , patio , pool, cafeteria mini bar. it’s very clean. plus all the employees are very polite, they always greet you. The food you can order in the room are all delicious, me and my mom were very pleased with all the dishes we tried, we tried most of the dishes in their menu. The roundtrip transpo also made the trip fast and easier. The location is also peaceful, less crowded shore. Great place to watch the sunset. 🙏🏼🫶🏻
nothing.

everything. facilities and the room itself are well maintained. the staffs are very friendly, and accommodating. we also love the location as it’s a bit exclusive and secluded so very peaceful and relaxing.
i wish they’d have more van schedules to d’mall.

A little slice of paradise. Access straight into the beach from the hotel. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up for guest use. Multiple pool, including roof-top infinity pool that has a great view of the sunset. Staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Free airport transfers in private van and boat.
A little pricey but you get what you pay for - luxury.

Everything's went smoothly from the airport transfers to accommodation, and vice versa. The staff are hospitable, very welcoming, nice, and kind, especially the one who assisted us during check-inprocess and the two housekeeping ladies Jilyn and Aya who've made our room looked like our first day. The experience was indeed over the top, and we would love to go back again.
Not hotel related, but boracay in general, we just hope that the hotel will advise their guests about the e-tricycle rates. Nonetheless, we liked the whole experience.

They could’ve provided enough beach towels for everyone
9.0

improve a better and strong wifi.
