Very friendly staff. We loved the game drives: informative, flexible, patient, and professional. Kayla was amazing!
The food was also delicious and well-presented with a lot of choice. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Coffee machines, water, and milk were a nice touch, as was the early morning coffees. Breakfast on the deck was wonderful. P
Nothing. Perhaps slightly better location directions: we weren't aware that there were 2 approaches to the lodge. The first road was a bit challenging for our hire car, and the second was shorter and far smoother. Signage from the main roads could be slightly improved.

We hosted family with little ones to enjoy a safari adventure and see wild animals. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience. In particular the guides Brandon and Kayla were friendly, perceptive of our needs and made us feel well cared for. In our short visit of 3 days we managed to see 4 of the big 5. The only exception was leopard. The reserve has many other animals that provided great sightings. The trees around the main lodge is abundant with birdlife.
There was nothing to complain about, but we recommend that lighter duvets be provided as the weather gets warmer. Also the portions of food served to the kids were far too large for them.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Food was abundant and delicious.
The water was very bad. It was brown in the taps. I wanted to soak in the beautiful tub. However, the water was dirty.

we had a fantastic time at Cheetah Ridge. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, the food was excellent and the game drives were brilliant. Our guide (Brent) was very knowledgeable which really makes any game drive. He went above and beyond to make every game drive exceptional. The staff also surprised us with a special dinner to celebrate our special occasion. We would definitely return to cheetah ridge

We enjoyed the family room option.
Very clean; friendly staff and great Game Drives.
menu /food options were not that inclusive
Some of the group members had to ask for alternative options on more than one occasion.
We did not like the set lunch menu.

The food at all meals was exquisite. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The manager is extremely polite and helpful and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a good one. Our driver was the most informative guide you would hope for and we developed a great rapport with him during our stay. The whole stay was second to none.

We had the most incredible time from the minute we arrived to the minute we leave. The food was amazing, though a little too much at times. The team are so friendly, always smiling. Our ranger Ryan was incredible and had us laughing all the way. We were so spoilt, saw lions, cheetah, vultures, rhino, ellies, giraffe, and so so much more. He made sure we saw it all.
There was a lot of really good food, felt terrible sending so much back to the kitchen.
