Розташування чудове,досить чисто ,будинок не поганий.достатньо б було трохи змінити сантехніку і вир

Розташування чудове,як до центру близько так і до автобусної і залізничної зупинок.

Ванна кімната крани старі і також трохи був присутній неприємний запах .Ще дуже сильно волого в усьому будинку . Також деякі двері погано зачинялись.Ще те ,що коли ввечері гості не могли зайти бо рецепція відсутня ввечері,то могли по 5-10хв дзвонити в двері. Але здогадуюсь чому- бо і самі опинились в такій ситуації , прийшли заселятись,але стикнулись з проблемою те що відкрили скриньку а там нема ключа(ми просто не могли увійти. І десь до години вирішували це питання (на щастя власник вийшов на звʼязок,так як це вже було майже опівночі. Але ніякої знижки не запропонували(хоч ми залишились ще на одну ніч

Très bien situé pour une visite de sintra

Chambre très agréable avec vue sur le château. De nuit c’est ravissant le château est éclairé dans la brume Cuisine à disposition À 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique et du château. Environ 30 minutes à pied de la regaleira. Proches des bus

Salle de bain à l’ancienne ce qui lui donne un charme désuet. On passe rapidement

Ottima posizione proprio vicino alla stazione dei treni e quindi alla partenza dei bus che portano alle principali attrazioni. La ragazza all’ accoglienza è molto gentile. Buona e varia la colazione

Creepy, unstaffed, unsafe, rude and accusatory management.

Fantastic location and lovely outdoor seating areas

Rude, aggressive and accusatory management. We received a complaint message from management after leaving accusing us of making noise in the night and entering others rooms. This was totally untrue, aside from leaving our bedroom to use the toilet we had slept through the night. Presumably it is permitted to use the bathroom in the night?! We may have inadvertently used the "wrong" bathroom but given we never met any staff between 5pm and 7am and there was no advice it was hard to tell. When I tried to defend us by message to management there was further rudeness and accusations saying we had been observed leaving our room during the night by cctv. I honestly do not know what is creepiest, staying in an unstaffed building with shared bathrooms, or being observed going to the bathroom in the night on cctv. We did not feel this was a safe place to stay given there are no staff on site and you are being "observed" by such unpleasant management, and we really caution others about staying here despite the fabulous location.

Emplacement super. Proche gare et vieille vielle. Chambre spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel avenant.

1 salle de bain commune pour 5-6 chambres pas suffisant. Salle de bain vieillotte et avec autant de voyageurs devient vite pas très clean.

Bom custo benefício

O café da manhã era básico, mas bem composto. A localização é muito boa, tanto para quem vem de carro como para quem chega de transporte público. Fácil localização de chaves e localização do quarto.

Esperavamos mais do café da manhã, pois havia na descrição, tratar-se de um pequeno almoço continental. A entrada do hostel estava demasiado escura, sugiro uma melhor iluminação, principalmente nas escadas exteriores.

Хороший хостел , якщо ви турист який любить відпочивати у автентичних місцях вам сюди.

Розташування від залізничного вокзалу, декілька хвилин і вілла у вас перед очима, дуже естетичне місце, вінтажно і красиво. Сніданок смачний, хороша дівчина зустріла нас і все розповіла.

Так як у Португалії в помешканнях немає опалення, то було холодно.

Great ! Place in Sintra !

Everything was really nice and clean , Barbara was pleasant , the bed was comfortable and clean , bathrooms clean , open spaces , lots windows , breakfast good choices !

A nice place to stay with a generous breakfast and great location

Breakfast was generous, the location is also great.

It was a little bit difficult to understand how to get to the room, kind of a quest. You have to read your email with all their instructions - first open the front door, then find the right box with a key and then your room.

Best choice for a night in Sintra

First of all, the location is amazing, so close to the train station. The house is beautiful and we were lucky and we could see the Moorish Castle from our window. The garden is amazing, so traditional and truly feeling like a home. The breakfast was fantastic, way better than expected, it had so many options. The bathrooms were clean, the room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful and the check in process was easy. They are very communicative and they can adjust things according to your needs, it was lovely!

Maybe the throw-in pillows on the beds are not needed, they didn't feel as freshly clean as the rest of the bedroom.

The most vibrant place in Sintra.

I ansolutely adore the place. From the outside the house looks like a fairytale. And inside it felt like at my grandma's - so warm, nice and calm it was. Location is close to the train station. Breakfast was balanced and tasty, they have plant-based milk and boiled eggs among all. Special thanks to wonderful Barbara :)

The only insignificant weakness is sound isolation because of which you should not use the restroom from 10 pm to 8 am. Though, if you organize your time well it won't be a problem for you.

A nice old house with the garden in the centre of Sintra.

Unfortunately, we where not prepeared for such a humble accomodation, so probably I'm not the right person to comment. Our room was super small. The host told us in advance that the house is not soundproof, but deffinetly we didn't expected to here every door opening, every step, every house entering, every word... The bad itself wasn't uncomfortable. Breakfast is basic and you have to wash dishes and cutlery you have used.

great location, nice place

The location was very good, walking distance to train and tour bus.Close to town and restaurants. We had a very small balcony that we could sit on and see the Moorish castle. The breakfast was excellent and there were many nice places inside and out to sit and eat. There was also some table and chairs outside in a beautifully landscaped yard if you just wanted to sit. The staff was very nice and helpful. We met Barbara who was a great employee very sweet

There was some difficulty with our getting in. The owner/manager was suppose to email a gate code since we were coming in after 4pm however I was not able to get internet service after noon on check in day due to traveling so did not have access code to get in, had to walk down to library at end of street to get my email. Once we got through the gate the combination code we had to use to get our key out of lock box did not work. We tried several times and two other guests who had arrived also both tried many times. We finally called owner/manager who was a little rude telling us that the code was correct, that others had used it and it worked fine telling us to keep trying which we did to no avail(he never offered to come and help) finally he said to try and change numbers around which we did and it worked.So he had given us the wrong sequence of numbers, pretty much talked to us like we ,all four of us, were incompetent and never even apologized.Rude! Luckily for him his staff was awesome and his place was nice and that was the only time we had to deal with him. Very poor customer relations though

Disappointing

the building is an historical building and easy to reach from Sintra Station

there are timetables to respect to shower, two bathrooms only for about 8 rooms in the bathrooms, you can't put the toilet paper in the toilet but only in the bin. there are no places to hang things and the surfaces looks dirty. moreover, no shower gel is available but only a bar of soap to share. from one room to the next, everything can be heard. also the rooms are not really clean and few sockets are available.

Cosy stay in Sintra

The room was nice, clean, facilities good! The host was super nice, I would totally recommend to stay here and from here to explore Sintra. Nice environment and garden, cosy!

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear when someone comes and goes on the hallway. Not much of a problem for me though:)

we had a good stay at Lanui guest house despite the rain

The location was excellent- close to train station and town and away from the hustle and bustle of the of the town. The bed was comfortable, breakfast plentiful with good variety. What made our stay special was Barbara- super pleasant, generous and attentive to the needs of all her clients.

one of the house rules is to cut down on the noise because of the walls being thin- fair enough in an old house. But the toilet was terribly loud and noisy. maybe the owner should considered buying a new toilet.

Lovely bedroom with a view. Barbara was very welcoming and spoke better English than she thought she did. Great breakfast and lovely well thought our decor. Good position in Sintra
