location in station 2, just over 5 minutes walk to the beach. the road going to the beach isn’t concrete but i suppose that should be sorted out by the local government. staffs were friendly and room was spacious
great value for money

We stayed at Indila only for one night, but we really enjoyed the place! The rooms are exactly as they look in the pictures, very bright and refreshing. The staff is very friendly, the room was very clean and the bed really comfy. The location is also great, in Station 2 and a 3 min walk from the beach and the main road.
To bad that we didn't stay a few nights more. We would definetely come back to spend more nights the next time!
The only thing for the location is that there is no maintenance on the road leading to it. When it has rained it is sometimes a mud puddle. At the hotel they indicated that the road will be renewed within a few months, depending on the municipality. At least that would be a good improvement.

I Like the Family Room at the groundfloor
Location and the dog poop going inside the hotel

Rooms are spacious, proximity to the beach, fully guarded during the night, and staff are friendly
The very first day ,water leaks from the ceiling trough the down light straight to our bed, key wouldnt work on the doors so we have to go out with doors unlocked for 2 nights, purely poor maintenance, not worth when you paid over 60 thousand pesos over 3 nights, I think weve been ripped off, not even breakfast included, couldnt find the manager when we cheked out, and get a copy for the full payment invoice, I dont like the Idea of paying cash, thats fully laid back as people this days hardly cary cash with them ,so I paid 30 thousand pesos in cash without giving me the reciept. No elevator to the 4rth floor or even inhouse telephone, the access to the hotel is pretty bad we have to walk trouh the muddy alley juggling with trike and bike passing trough a small alley, My family are very disappointed, maybe next time I will make agood research, before booking.

Place is perfect for large groups (stayed here with family - a group of 8). The hotel / facilities are very clean / comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The staff are also very accomodating. It is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, though, with some ongoing construction in properties nearby. My senior parents didnt mind the walk so not really an issue. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend to friends. To the staff at Indila, thank you for making our stay enjoyable/comfortable!

Everything except the non-friendly road especially for senior citizens. But Indila itself? Super worth your money!!! Affordable and very accomodating staff! Thanks Sir Nico and Ate Angie!!! 😍😍😍
Actually nothing to do with Indila, but the road going to the beach.

the only thing we enjoyed about the property was the room. the room was really nice and the staff were friendly and attentive when asked to be.
Where to start.
1. the hotel is located in the middle of a province so if you are not used to locals you will get a lot of stares and have culture shock. it is also a ways from the beach.
2. The view is not great. one side of the hotel looks out to a construction crew that works 24/7 and looks out to local housing units. also your balcony view looks down to trash heaps and more construction.
3. Bring ear plugs. from 9am-10pm or later sawing and hammering was going on from the construction crew. roosters crow at 3am/6am/9am/4pm/and right before sunset. There are barking dogs always and you can hear your neighbors and crying kids. it was hard to sleep.
4. The tv sound didn’t work well, the room safe keypad barely worked, and they did not provide even simple complementary bottled water. the soap was empty in the shower and we had to buy all our room amenities to make ourselves comfortable. We also asked about amenities and they directed us to buy our own.
5. The staff were very friendly, but in my opinion were under trained, didn’t speak well in English, and couldn’t pick up on simple customer service and tasks. My wife had to translate everything for us in the islands dialect. thank god she knew how to speak to them or else it would have been impossible unless speaking to the manager. he speaks English. When we needed something we always had to make it apparent. They also don’t have room phones to call down to the front desk so you have to make a clear effort to get what you want here. Also they will not give you extra towels if requested.
6. The only thing we really liked about our stay is that they rearranged our room daily when we were out enjoying the island and the air conditioner. I also appreciated that they gave my deposit back for a stained sheet that they were able to clean. they are upfront and honest and are good people.

The rooms are perfect for bigger groups. It's a comfortable place to stay and the staff were friendly
It's a few meters away from the beach and there's no view but it's not a major problem for us and we still enjoyed our stay here

The room is very clean and the staff are all nice
I message them before hand if they provide toiletries and answered yes unfortunately we have to buy upon arrival since they run out of supplies. The beach is a bit far and not ideal for senior citizen.

Our family loved the hospitality of the staff, they also offer daily home cooked meals that are very delicious and affordable. They would attend to every querries and requests we ask from them, very comftable and squeaky clean rooms. We would definitely come back! ❤️

Rooms were exactly like the pictures. Because of Covid regulations, staff provided another family suite free of charge. Shower head was so nice!! The pressure and bathrooms were like 5 star hotel type. Staff were so nice, helpful, and accommodating!! Kuya Nico lang malakas!! Will book again in the future!
Nothing bad at all. Maybe those activity vendors waiting outside the gate to try to sell you something but they never went on the actual property. However I understand that’s their job so just brush them off if you don’t want to do any activity.
