OK for one night

Location is about 10-15 mins from Porta Nuova. Owner is super nice. Bedding was clean. Good working A/C.

The mattress was uncomfortable, very thin. The shower had black mold. The toilet is too close to the sink. Might not be suitable for a tall/big person.

Good stay in Palermo

The room is small but it is well equiped and have everything you need. Apartment is located a bit far from old center, about 25 min walking but it was not problem because walking there we were exploring around. I would recommend this place.

it’s nice and clean and you can walk to the city center

you can’t offer room with breakfast and just leave a few snacks and coffee on a table. Cookies for breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting

Great Room for Great Prince

The apartment is recently renovated and beautiful, the rooms are super clean and comfortable. The showers have really good water pressure.

The property is a little more outside of the city center. However, it still is a walking distance to the historic city center.

Good value for money

Relatively close to the main sights of Palermo, free street parking, modern equipment, good value for money, easy checkin.

The room is very tiny and feels suffocating at times with no window. Also, we had were given no towels and toilet paper on our arrival and had to ask for them the next day - they were delivered very soon after, though - thank you!

shared space was new and good looking, staff was friendly and communicated without problem, even gave some suggestions regarding where to eat when asked.

room was extremely small and very humid, it didn't have any window (only skylight) hence it was dark, it wasn't very clean either, location was not very good and the elevator was very small.

All was good. About 20 minutes to centre, 30 minutes to central railway.

Too little room, too little bathroom. No chairs at terrace.

Modern & Comfortable Room, Highly Reccomend!

We found the room to be a fantastic place to stay for our 4 nights in Palermo. It was modern, very clean and excellent value for money. Furthermore the facilities were great, a large flat screen tv, superb AC, and balcony with a Mountain View. Would definetly reccomend!

Basic and well located;

The rooms were equipped with air conditioning and a private bathroom. They were fairly well insulated, so we could sleep without noise. The kitchen disposed of some basic facilities and every guest has sufficient room in the fridge. The property is well located, far enough from the centre to easily park the car, yet close enough to walk there in ten minutes. Around the corner is a café where you can go for a granita.

The breakfast was a bit minimal, consisting of prepacked cookies and sweet bread.

A nice place a bit out of town with poor management

It was clean, bathroom was fine, good air conditioner and TV, mattress was comfortable, kitchen area was nice with tea and coffee. The girl that greeted us was nice but doesn’t speak much English.

The mattress protector and sheet were too small for the bed meaning that they’d keep coming off and I’d have to sleep on the raw mattress, which I find pretty gross. Also, the sheets are really old and rough and have little balls of black fluff. The place is a 30/35 minute walk from the main part of Palermo. There aren’t many cafes or restaurants around- you’ve got to walk at least 20 mins. Main problem: Alessandro (the manager) while easy to contact through whatsapp, is very poor at handling any issues. One day there was no water in the building and he didn’t tell us. We really needed to have a shower and go to the toilet. If he’d told us before, we would have stayed out in the city for longer. He said he’d left a sign on the door downstairs but the sign was in Italian and we don’t understand Italian. He never apologised about this. Another time the WIFI and wall sockets for the electricity didn’t work for a day. He said it was the telecom company’s fault and that they usually work so it must be something we’ve done... a very disappointing response.
