MEGA !!!

The Boat house had everything to braai with which was lovely that you only need to take your food - even condiments were provided. A pair of binoculars would have been nice in the room and for game viewing on the walks. The gas heater was lovely on the icy evening. The landscape was beautiful
we had visitors on the deck overnight - think baboons and screetching birds in the thatch overhead which were quite noisy but understandable as a game venue.
The walk was marked from the road but directions on the walking map would have given a better idea as to where you are (abit confusing from the aerial view map). A local game drive and sundowner would have been awesome to see the buck and giraffe etc as we didn't see much on the walk other than buck on the grass lands near gate. The drive from PE side indicated Salem as the first turn off which the road was very rough. Even though directions were given to say go through Salem the road sign directed you to turn too soon - perhaps instructions from PE side are to drive past the first sign and look for the Alexandria/Kenton on sea turn off closer to Ght.

Lovely setting in the bush. Quiet and relaxing! We really enjoyed the nature/game walks around the farm, lots of animals to see and the trails are well marked!

Everything! This truly was a home away from home. It's absolutely stunning. Everything has been thought of. It was truly magical. The boat house is beautiful and ideal if you are a group. Chloe was wonderful. We would go again in a heartbeat.
The only recommendation I would make is to have a bath mat in the huge beautiful shower as the tiles can be slippy.

The photos display the luxury , comfort and beauty of the chalet , but the surprices of nature was hidden. Waking up ,viewing from our bed njalas having breakfast , sitting at the riverhouse with a display of thunder and lightning surrounding us, with a kudu family checking us out!Everything ( bed, chalet, service) was great - sitting on our stoep and listening to the birds chatting was another best!

This was an amazing little gem between two places we needed to be. Nice comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and lots of little detail. Good communication between ourselves and staff via WhatsApp.

What a wonderful stay! Our cottage was cozy, beautifully decorated and very well kitted out for a weekend stay. The outdoor area with the hot tub and fireplace is a great addition! Chloe was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very restful weekend escape into the quiet bush.

The location was perfect inside the game farm. Absolute tranquility.
The Cloe was extremely helpful and friendly.
Facilities and beds were fantastic.
A loose braai grid (toeknyprooster) and wood handling tongs can be provided.
Shower spills over to the bathroom floor - making it slippery.

everything but the road to the place could need some improvement. We understand that it rained for 2 days prior but we almost got stuck in the mud. if o e has a 4by4 - no problem.

Amazing place where you can spend a few days off the grid, staff was super friendly en cottage very comfortable. We hiked a number of times in the area and saw zebra’s, giraffes and many many other animals. Very special experience hiking between these animals and observing them so closely.
