Very cool to explore this place in the dark without tourists around. Would definitely come again and try one of the other rooms (stayed in termite)

Everything was great! Such a funky cool place, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Loved it all!

The staff are really friendly & helpful and one of the overnight staff is very humorous . We took the overnight bus and arrive there very early likes around 6AM, the host let us in , drop your bags and have a quiet morning walk to explore crazy house. The design of crazy house is really unique and impressive which is like a maze and we do have a lot of fun in our adventure. Also the sunrise on the rooftop is beautiful too. Then the host let us to do the early check in at around 0730 so we can get some more sleep before we go out to explore dalat. The room design is really special and the bed is quite big and very comfort . And the staff can help setting up fire to warm the room if you feel cold at the nighttime, We enjoy our 2 nights stay there.
There are many tourist ( especially those tourist groups ) to come visit from around 0900. As our room is on the ground floor and next to a photo shooting spot , it was a bit noisy and we can see the faces of the tourist very close around our room (who try to look into our room through the windows) make us feel our privacy is invaded but it's Ok after closing curtain. Also someone knocked our door and tried to open it which make us feel a bit annoyed but we know it's the bad manner of the tourist but not the property's problem . Maybe some notice can be posted outsides as a warm reminder.

A super unique place to stay, pretty special with lovely staff. We stayed in the bamboo room which was comfortable although small, the bathroom was adequate with nice hot water.
Note that there was no air conditioning in our room (although this didn't matter because it was cooler when we were there!)

This place is just as it says Crazy. Definitely only for one night stay as these are little hobbit type rooms and we booked for the fun of it all. We were welcomed by very friendly staff. We had the Bamboo Room therefore the bonus of a fireplace which a staff member lit for us after we returned from Dinner. There are no dining facilities within Crazy House. This doesn't matter as many places for coffee and eating out around the area. We enjoyed our little stay it was fun.

Se arrived later and the doorman waited for u and we were expected and looked after.
Room was a little damp but it had been raining alot.

Stay there for one night you may spend more time to take more photos .rooms unique if you don't bring lots of heavy luggage . Good experience to spend only one night. One night is enough
Room too small. Feel a little bit wired of the room. With a mirror over head on the bed. Started from 830am, many tourists will walk around the hotel, if you go out early, that's not a problem.
They closed the door at 730pm, you have to ring the bell to let someone open the main door .no breakfast provided, but lots of restaurants around. for you.

Very interesting place to visit and stay.
Unique atmosphere. I also like so much to have fire in the fireplace in the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
4.3
The room is so creatively designed and you can explore by yourself even it’s closed.
The shower with a window that lets light in (but you can’t see through it clearly) is right next to where all the people are touring.
4.3
the quirkiness of the hotel and wonderful staff. had a problem with a room and fixed it up straight away
general public constantly knocking on the apartment door/walking past being loud and rooms a little cramped.
4.3
This is a great hotel, all the room is different design, very surprise stay here. and the location is near to the town, and there are many restaurants to choose from nearby, the staff service attitude is very good and friendly.

Very special place, access to entire Crazy House, you can roam through all the hidden rooms and stair paths (i recommend to do it very early so that no tourists are there). Very fun and original place with beautiful vievpoints on entire Da Lat. The room was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at least one night. I had so much fun I felt like a kid :)

The whole place is so creative and the room is amazing! Staff there are very helpful. Other than the fact that you might have tourists knocking on your door or trying to peak what's inside, the rest are super great.

Very special hotel, very cool. A real adventure to explore the place.
They sell tickets for tourists who don’t stay at the place to look at it. For guests it’s not very quiet and private, there is always dozens of people roaming around. It’s all quite elderly and a bit used, some places even shabby. Too expensive for what you get. Would be enough to also just buy a ticket for a short visit.

amazing to have a walk around with great architecture and took great pictures. Lady on reception was nice, fast, speaking english.
main gates close after closing public access to the playground and it was really difficult to get in after 21 00. so we were knoking at gate about 30 minutes and there was nobody to let us in.
the second point - there is no reason to stay in ordinary room, because we were expecting to walk around with some amazing backlighting around and no croud as on public hours, but there was no backlighting at all.

Magic location

It was definitely an experience. We stayed in one of the regular rooms (non-themed) for one night and in one of the themed rooms the next. Would not recommend the themed rooms for more than that. There is a reason you are staying in a tourist attraction, and the reviews about having tourists walking up to your door are true. The staff were also able to procure a scooter for us at the last minute, so that was nice.
The themed rooms were less about function and more about portraying a certain aesthetic. Fun for a night but don't think I would enjoy a second night. It is also a distance away from other tourist attractions like the market.

It's The Crazy House - it's spectacular! I felt very lucky to have been able to stay the night in such an amazing place. I stayed in the Termite Room and it was such a reasonable price.
The staff were lovely - very friendly. I changed my plans a couple of times and they were so helpful and accommodating.
Highly recommend spending at least one night here.
The bed and bedding felt quite damp, like they hadn't been used in a while. I think this would be fixed by heating the room or drying it out with a dehumidifier.

Absolutely loved the concept of every room. The entire place is wonderful and worth exploring. It's one of a kind and huge.

The overall services were really good.
If they had a provision for breakfast and dinner from a catering service from nearby restaurant it would have been much helpful for us tourists.
4.3
super and fabulous place to stay the night.
in the morning the house opens for visitors, so in the morning it is noisy.

it was very cool to be staying in such a unique property
i know you expect there to be a lot of tourists, but it does become a little annoying. the breakfast was very basic.

the staff very friendly and helpfull

Staff was very helpful and friendly even though he did not speak English, we got by well with google translate. Unique rooms and location is quite ok too. Taking a tour in the Crazy House is a cool experience as well, can take lots of interesting photos. Breakfast was interesting as it was in the "aquarium" of the building. All in all, I have no issues with cleanliness, location and staff helpfulness.
Although room was clean, there were quite some bugs and ants. I guess its because of the area near the building? The ants were small issue though as they did not bother me much since the bed and tables were clean. My main issue with the room was that there was a chicken that would come to my window at 3am and start making crowing noise waking me up 2 days in a row. And it would do so until about 6am. I suspect its a wild chicken, the owner should really do something about this.
4.3
quirky therefore unique architecture, it’s got history, the room is cozy and very nice, modern tv with Netflix and stuff
I didn’t expect the stairs so if you got a lot of luggages, beware of the stairs
4.3
This is one of the most unique hotels in the world. What a fabulous place! Wonderful design and very cosy. Highly recommended
4.3
We have been here before and tried several rooms. They are all different and fun to explore. Where before the service at the reception was not that good, now it was perfect. We were made to feel welcome immediately. This is one of the reasons we will come back.
The breakfast is very limited and has to be ordered the evening before.
Some rooms are really not suitable for elder people or those with a physical problem. Ask about the room details before you book.
I would advise Crazy House to assess their rooms and label it to for example: easy, moderate and difficult.

It was a wonderful expirience to live inside of this magic place.
