Fantástico

O hotel tem boas roupas de cama, toalhas ótimas, localização excelente para quem quer surfar Sunzal, ondas constantes. O restaurante ótima qualidade

Poderia ter frigobar. O café da manhã fica a desejar se a pessoa estiver com muita fome.

The hotel is fine, except they do false advertisement, and promise two rooms in a suite, when there only one single room.

I booked the Ocean View Suite. It clearly says in the description - 1 living room with sofa bed and 1 SEPARATE bedroom. What I got is just one bedroom, no separate room whatsoever. Just one rectangular bedroom with two beds and one sofa bed, all in one space, no separation. When I asked the front desk where is my separate living room that is in the reservation - they stopped understanding English, very conveniently. So instead of putting my son into a separate living room, we had to all sleep together in one room, which was not what I wanted and not what I booked, at $260 a day. This is false advertisement and I want my money back.

The staff was great and the bed comfy. The pool clean

There was a huge cockroach in our bedroom. The food was overpriced and not so good.. The pillow are too flat and local drinks very expensive as well

Location is their strongest. Then seeing the wave all day is a plus.

The breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is in front of Sunzal. A wave for learning or longboards. You see all day the wave at the restaurant and at the pool. The rooms are surrounded by nice gardens.

The food is ok, not the best.

Quiet but overpriced

The breakfast was great. Fresh and tasty. I had tried to get into another hotel where a colleague was staying but they were sold out. The location was better for me as it is much more quiet than more central "Surf City."

The room itself was pretty clean, but certain things were not - the windowsills in the bathroom were dirty including a used soap from a previous guest. The windows in the bathroom also could use a good cleaning. Even though the weather was very hot, I may have considered using it with cool water, but it was not clean - a simple sweeping of the dead leaves would have helped make it look less neglected. And like other guests have remarked, it was advertised as "ocean view," but that's a little misleading due to the foliage and power lines obstructing the view.

The best place to stay off the coast in sivar

Super nice place and staff was on point, been here 15 years ago and they never disappoint, there the best and the food is the best off the coast ask anyone so if u picky they have the best food.

Lovely place, deceptive pricing.

The beach at the location was lovely. Sunrise was stunning.

Prices were higher than advertised. Staff were often next door and had to be summoned.

Amazing hotel to surf and to have a great time in Sunzal

Amazing location right in front of the beach and an incredible surf break. super friendly and very helpful staff. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation and great facilities for food and enjoying the sun! I had an amazing time and can highly recommend the place!

I enjoyed the surfers, view, the beach. It was quiet and relaxing.

Restaurant. got there at 8. Was discouraged to dine there, as they closed at 9 pm. Also, requested an iron, which was never delivered.

The staff was very nice, but I would think very hard about staying here again. Wifi didn’t reach room, advertised queen

great location right on the beach

Advertised as a room with a queen bed. got a room with two doubles. It turns out that there are no rooms with queen beds (according to the staff). Wifi didn’t reach out room, made it impossible to work from the room, which had been the plan. No key for the safe. When I alerted the staff they had no solution other than “sorry, no safe.” Ant infestation in the room. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, and they came and sprayed/cleaned, but not great.

Beautiful and calm

Where do I start? Breakfast was delicious, in lovely location overlooking the sea. Room was very big and well appointed. Pool area fabulous. The views make you feel like you are over the sea, brilliant for watching the surfing.

Our room didn't really have a sea view. But who needs to be in the room?!
