ambiente molto retrò, colazione misera, bagno in comune con altri ospiti e con i proprietari. la pulizia decente. accoglienza minimale.

Il costo è davvero basso, quindi le mie aspettative erano molto limitate. La camera era davvero grande, 4 posti letto per 1 persona soltanto. A disposizione un frigo con acqua, succhi di frutta e yogurt, piu caffe e te, tutto il giorno

La mancanza del bagno in camera è un grave limite. 2 bagni per 4 camere.

Clean room in a B&B with several rooms. Perfect for late arrivals when flying into Bologna. The owner is very accommodating. Basic breakfast and water provided. Great price. Clean.

Exceptional experience. Would definitely recommend a stay there.

The host was very nice and attentive to our needs. We arrived late in the evening when all the shops were closed and he helped us get a take away as we don’t speak Italian. We also had an early morning flight and he made sure that we still got the breakfast included in the room rate even if we had to leave the place at 4am. For an additional charge, he also helped us get to the airport. I would definitely recommend this place.

Completely average but too inconvenient to justify not going elsewhere.

It's just in a location that is useless in general. The busses do not even stop for you at the bus stop to get there you need to either take a 9 euro shuttle to the centre and then a 2.50 train to Anzola or a 22 euro taxi to get there or contend with a bus system thar ignores it's passengers and leaves them sitting at a stop labelled for the bus.

It's okay but I just didn't like the vibe. Its tidy and clean and the host is quite nice but getting there is completely ridiculous and it's better to pay more to stay in the city since costs of transport with any form of convenience are completely terrible.

Very nice host. If you don't mind a typical Italian breakfast this place is excellent.

The accommodation in a very quiet area. Close to a great restaurants and importantly to the train station from where you can go to Bologna.

Lovely stay, would recommend!

The owner and family were so friendly. They run a lovely B&B which is extremely clean and held to high standards. Breakfast is provided with water, yoghurts, etc always available. It was a 10 minute drive from the airport and perfect to stop off for a night. We took our daughter and she loved the garden and turtles they keep as pets!

The only downsides were that the bathrooms are shared. This wasn't ideal but there were two and both kept really clean so no problems using them. There isn't much to do in the area so we used it as a stop off after arriving late into Bologna.

Cheap and cheerful

Host was very warm and helpful despite us arriving much later than expected. Didn’t expect much given the low price, but we had a very comfortable nights’ sleep. Our expectations were exceeded. Free parking and free wifi was a plus!

Breakfast was coffee/tea and some pre packaged snacks, but I didn’t expect too much given the price

Luca and his wife are such a great hosts! I felt like home. Everything was very clean. They cleaned my room everyday (I stayed there for a week). Luca also let me use a bike free of charge. Cozy place, comfortable bed too. I'll definitely recommend this place, great value for money, and very nice friendly people

Easy to find, easy access, very comfortable and clean, very affordable, felt safe, great room and facilities!

Was with free breakfast but no breakfast included but the place is great, owners lovely people, would happily stay here again!

The accommodation was absolutely great.

This bed and breakfast was amazing! They are such lovely and friendly people! They prepared a delicious meal and we could even drink local wine! You should definitely try out this little hotel. Thank you for everything!!!!
