A very well run hotel. Staff were excellent and very professional. Good location within easy acces

Really enjoyed our ground floor room - very comfortable and spacious. Especially our little outdoor patio area - very private with easy access to the pool. Excellent pool and easy access to the beach. Did not have breakfast included at the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel with good facilities

Pool area and gardens. Facilities including table tennis and pool tables

Access to beach quite restrictive. Hotel aging and wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. 3pm check in time is frustrating particularly when you have an earlier flight in. Storage of bags is offered but you can’t really relax until you can check in

Value for money - 100% beachfront

Good room, quiet (block 4 with its own huge pool). Nice beds, big fridge, good water pressure, Smart TV, great wifi. Impressed with Best Western brand, my expectations were surpassed. Library at reception, pool tables, very good meals at restaurant and in house massages (we didn't try them they were fairly busy so I assume these were also of good quality). Real value for money on the beach

Nothing much. Beach wasn't the cleanest and though not the hotels' responsibility it would be beneficial to atleast clean the stretch in front (we found broken beer bottles).

Being on my own it was a difficult stay with only the staff to talk to and stormy conditions.

Breakfast was good and plentiful, pity about the weather during my stay and the storm which flooded the outside areas and gave you problems with the drainage.

The area was nice, the resort was really big and beautiful, the staff were more than helpful and it was an overall very nice experience.

One thing was the toilet would always smell but its for all the rooms.

Great location beautiful beach quiet but close to Patong 30 minutes and all places of interest.

Loved the location right on Bang Tao Beach Many restraunts along the beach and night clubs. Close to Laguna top end shopping and boat avenue Friday night markets. Shuttle bus available to Patong at a cost. Much quieter and lay back than the hustle bustle of Patong.Great for couples and families.

Fantastic - value for money.

Location was perfect and next to local shops and beach restaurants. Buffet breakfast was incredible with lots of options. Rooms and beds were lovely and very clean.

Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the smoking permittted within hotel grounds. This tainted the experience for me. Often we’d be eating breakfast with smoke blowing into restaurant.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Огромный, комфортный номер с выходом к бассейну. Пляж первая линия. В отеле вкусная еда, тайская и европейская, можно заказать к шезлонгу.

Bang Tao Beach ist super für Strandliebhaber

Ein großes, sauberes Zimmer mit Terrasse, das Frühstück gegen Gebühr war in Ordnung aber nicht überragend, der Strand war gleich vor dem Hotel und für uns das absolute Highlight dieser Reise. Ca. 8 KM Strand für uns eine Freude dort zu laufen oder ins Wasser zu springen. Super ist auch der Handtuchservice am Pool.

Das Abendprogramm war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Die Straßen vor dem Hotel luden nicht zum Bummeln ein. Viel Verkehr und keine Fußwege. Das Ausflugsangebot war nicht nach unserem Geschmack.

The breakfast was great, and the pool was lovely. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The view from our room was overlooking the top of wooden buildings and could be noisy in the mornings, from the kitchen.

Best beachfront hotel in Bang Tao

Amazing location right on the water and just steps away from a minimart, massages, and delicious Indian and Thai food. Can order food and drinks poolside, with onsite massage, and plenty of daybeds to enjoy the weather and sunset. Very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was really good with a huge variety of options and very high quality.

It’s ok a short stay

The hotel located about 30 minutes away from airport. It’s a beachfront location.

There is renovation going on in one part of location so you can hear some noise sometimes

Great value hotel at half price as under refurbishment currently

Good value hotel as half price due to renovations. Super room and fruit basket on arrival. Lovely pool. Location was good as a very quiet area of Phuket which is what I wanted. They also provided a courtesy changing room on departure

They lost my booking and then my room was not ready until after 4pm. Not a huge problem as I sat by the pool until it was ready, luckily not raining. The blurb says 3 pools but there is only one and not the one in the picture. The pool is lovely . He other ones are under refurbishment

Nice property on the water.

We liked that it was on the water. We liked the breakfast. And we liked the fact that there was a 7-11 right outside the property.

We felt the restaurant could have more food choices. Also the lighting in the room was not great especially during rainy weather.

Excellent!

We originally booked at Arinara, however they tried to charge us additional money that we weren’t expecting on arrival and in general it was a bit of a headache so we changed hotels. We were really happy with Best Western, the whole experience with staff was great right from the start (a nice contrast!).

The pillows on the bed were a bit uncomfortable compared to other hotels during our stay in Phuket.

Staff was kind and room very clean. Reasonable good lay out o the hotel. Pool ok.

Breakfast was not pleasant. Staff helpful. But not enough fans so it got hot. And queueing around for food. Not the experience expected from premium BW.
