Great stay in Barcelona with nice and friendly staff!

Check in and check out were very easy and our room was great for the three days we stayed.

It’s located a little bit out of the main city hub but it’s easy to get to by metro or if you’re up for a bit of a walk :)

Wonderful staff, amazing location, and great place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. The location was quiet but very accessible to attractions by bus or metro, and the area nearby was great for walking and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, and equipped with a kitchenette that made it easy to cook. We were very happy our stay at this property, made our trip even better.

Great location near metro and supermarkets.

Central location Friendly staff

Rooms 102, 103 and 104 are adjacent to the kitchen area and are noisy. The garden area is a breakfast area so we had a couple eating breakfast a metre from our window. No wine glasses in room. Rooms not serviced unless requested.

Great hotel in Barcelona

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent always willing to help. The hotel is in Gracia which is close to historical and tourist sites. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The waterfront took about 40 minutes to walk there. We are coming back to Barcelona next year - and will definitely stay here

If it is cheaper - then a great hotel in good location of Barcelona. But as for me it is overpriced

First of all Id like to mentioned great staff. Ladies on the reception helped with everything, and it was for free. I asked to scan some documents - was done in the morning. I asked to print several papers - immediately. Rooms are very clean. There is a small fridge in the room. All kitchen appliances are present.

please note, there is a CONSTRUCTION just opposite the hotel. So if your windows are street oriented be prepared that construction starts at 7-7:30am. And it is load. Though I've asked to do a cleanup on the first day of arrival (should be done only next day) - the room was not cleaned. Not critical for the 3 day stay, but still

Good location with very friendly staff

Location of the hotel is excellent and the staff was always super kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was enough to start the day with, but was pretty much the same every day though.

Unfortunately the room we got had a "dark cave" vibe, and we got the room next to the utilities storage area so it was pretty loud in the mornings when the staff started the day with opening and closing the doors all the time. This though must depend on the room's location as a couple we chatted with said they hear no noise at all on the top floor :)

Location is great - several bus stops and metro stations are couple of steps away.

Cleanliness and ventilation of the bathroom. There was black mold in several places. The room was dark and grey walls were making it less cozy.

extremely badly isolated rooms en terms of noise. you can litterally hear your neighbours talk. they renovated everything but the bathrooms, which are a bit outdated and out of tne with the rest

Great quiet and convenient Hotel

The location was fabulous right out of the Fontana Metro about a block away. Several restaurants and shopping stores on the Main Street. The hotel staff was fantastic friendly and helpful. We had a late flight so they kept our luggage all day while we toured around. The kitchenette was very handy and there was a grocery store about a half a block away as you come out of the Metro station. Several other restaurants are down a side street and around the corner. They don't clean the room on a daily basis but all you have to do is request that if that is your need. This is the second time I have stayed at the silver and I would do it again.

Nothing we did not like. And there was hot water everyday.

It's ok

The staff was very nice and eager to help always, the location of the hotel is very good, close to a metro station.

They never came to change the sheets, clean the rooms or change the towels, the bed is very uncomfortable and there was always a lot of noise at 7 in the morning

It could be a wonderful stay only if we have a bit of a sun light in the room.

The location of the hotel was great. It was fantastic to have few meters from a metro station. There are two supermarkets one in the street and one just behind the corner and they are always open so you can drop a bottle of water or whatever you need. The district was very nice with pubs and restaurants and the atmosphere of the normal life not really that touristic. The staff was nice and friendly smiling nice every time you pass. The hotel is really clean and what is important you can really feel safe.

I feel really sorry to have the room without any sun light. It would be OK for one or two days stay but not for a whole week. We were really uncomfortable with that. If the room had windows to a garden or a street we would have a wonderful stay and would rate the whole place excellent.

Disappointing

Good location.

Very noisy and poor soundproofing between rooms. Do not stay here if you want to get a good nights sleep! Mouldy bathroom as well.

Wonderful continental breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely convenient location near Fontana metro station. Proximity to Vila de Gracia, one of the best neighborhoods in Barcelona.

Not good!

honestly, nothing. it is a not great place to stay, regardless the reason of the staying.

The property asked us to pay in advanced 20 days before our check-in when was written capital that we could have paid at the moment of the check-in, without providing any reason, logical or acceptable one. We did not like the noise of the ventilation system. Impossible to sleep. The room was not clean at all and the room service never took place once in 3 days. The price is way much higher c on pared to the services they provide. Too pricey considering the absence of quality. The room was dirty and there were sticky finger prints everywhere. Not hygienic. The shower was insanely small and very difficult to get in and out, and the room too small for what we paid!

Very comfortable 4 night break in Barcelona in June.

Smart, modern and efficient an Aparthotel which made my 4 night short stay so very pleasant. City Centre Aparthotels vary so much in quality but this one is so very good because of the efficiency and pleasant staff all of whom did their best to answer any questionI raised.

There was nothing I did not like.
