very clean. great food. attention to detail. lovely staff

didn’t worry us but some rooms have no hot water fierce mosquitos!

cannot swim in the ocean. given initially a tree house where you have to take a ladder down to the restroom, without informing us in advance.

lovely location and hotel but noisy neighbours!

small, remote and very intimate

there was parties at the hotels either side of the Gitana Del Mar on all three nights we were there, with the music playing loud until sunrise. it really affected our sleep and was a real negative about our stay.

Great location and staff but with value for money issues

The staff was very helpful and nice. The overall facilities were good and the food was very fresh.

We booked a glamour tent and the expectations were not met. The toilet was outside the room, while the standard rooms had the toilet integrated. Our room didn’t have a proper fan on the ceiling and only a noisy small one.

Serene oasis, like paradise

A/C and hot water would be fantastic, also a better parking situation if you are driving your own car. We had to park in a lot down the road, at night, with no assistance.

beautiful jungle spot to rest your head and fill your belly

beautiful and glamorous eco hotel with impeccable food and vibes! super close to tayrona! we stayed in the tree house which was worth the price.

the staff were not so helpful with our park plans and steered us in the wrong way. we figured it out without them but almost missed the most special part of our trip.

The best hotel I ever stayed in! The food deserves a Michelin Star.

The best hotel in Colombia, beach access, very clean rooms and common areas. ! The food was awesome, super fresh, healthy and delicious. The pool is superb and very instagramable ;) Super nice staff!

Exceptional

I am a solo traveler and came to this place for some rest and relaxation. It did not disappoint. The folks on the property are super attentive to all of your needs. The food and drinks are absolutely fantastic. The beach is beautiful with hammocks beds and mats around. Close to the beach there is a yoga studio where you can sign up for yoga classes at a small additional fee. In addition there is also a spa that is part of the hotel where you can sign up for massages throughout the day for a small additional fee. Lastly, the hotel also has a small tiki bar on the beach where you can order drinks as you are resting and relaxing and taking in the sun. It is 15 minutes via taxi from the entrance of the national park, however the hotel will organize and arrange everything for you at a very good price to get there. The property is very well taken care of and is absolutely stunning and beautiful. I would highly recommend.
