Nothing.
Filthy. If you're going on a night out and stumbling in at 5am then this would be fine. If you're not drunk out if your mind - I don't see how it would be possible to get a good night's sleep here - please listen to this review and just book elsewhere.

The location is fantastic
I paid for a double bed and a single bed, when I got there there were 3 single beds

The property needs a good renovation inside and outside, it’s ok for one night to get closer to your next day destination.. the guy was very pleasant and the beds were clean which is the main thing. The room also had a small fridge which was great.
Needs to be made more comfortable and homely if doing a longer stay, but was fine for one night.

Booked for a Spanish friend on his way back via Bristol. He advised hotels was clean but very dated.
For the UK/Bristol it was cheap and cheerful for the price. Comparing the price with Spain it wouldn't be in business.

Fantastic

One of the very few places with a family room available (5 people), thus being able to accommodate us.
Ensuite.
Reception still open when we arrived after 10pm after a last- minute booking. Reception staff very friendly.
Building is a bit tatty, esp carpets.
Curtain were very thin and barely covered the large windows.

None of them
The room is too small, smells cigarettes much noise from the road .

Staff is ok.
Everything is shabby and smells really bad.Our room was smoky and had a musty smell. The house is located next to a noisy street.
3.2
The facility is a bit outdated. It needs renovation

There was no breakfast. But I like the fact it was near Ashton gate stadium home of Bristol city.
The furnisher like the chest of draws was all pilling off

I found the price to be quite expensive for the standard of the room and facilities. One bathroom was out of action because of an overflowing toilet. The shower worked fine, but the decor was quite worn. However, it was well located for my purposes and I slept fine. The one member of staff I spoke with was friendly enough.
The bathroom and the general state of the guest house. Whilst the room suited me perfectly well, I think it was overpriced (£160 for 2 nights) for what it was. No breakfast.

absolutely nothing worst bnb I’ve ever stayed in !!!!!!
it was dirty smelly rotten smell coming from a filthy fridge…..the tv didn’t work and the owner never sorted the problem so was without a tv ….I was made awar that there was parking but there isn’t i l had to go and keep moving my car as parking outside was only between certain times also had to pay for parking it also stated the room was on suit but that not true it was a shared bathroom and toilet shocking as was charged £90 to stay with my 14 year old son

The person showing us to our room seemed friendly and a fridge, towels and tea and coffee were provided but you could not drink due to the state of the kettle.
As we walked into the room you could smell the heavy cigarette smoke.
We struggled to get last minute accommodation so did not want to cause a stir and be removed with no where to stay. We stayed away from the property as much as we could. The kettle had black flakes floating in the water which were rinsed thoroughly but still was not safe to drink after boiling. The USB sockets on the wall did not work to charge your phone. Other guests left unfavourable sights in the shared toilets. There is also no parking.
We also noted large orange round marks on the duvets. I really wish I had taken pictures.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Low cost. Reasonably central location
Basic but that was expected for price. Shared bathroom but again this was expected and was also fine.

We enjoyed the fact that we were near to the Suspension Bridge, the SS Great Britian and the Museum also a nice walk into the main town along the river or canal.
No Breakfast.
