the fact a wedding party was on the night we stayed, blasting loud music til 1130pm until i complained, totally ruined our visit, complained , offered 25 pound discount ,still not heard anything off the hotel, no refund as yet
4.1
The selection of items at breakfast was good and most of the items were good. The beans were good, as was the bacon.
Maybe also have a host to the dining room who smiles occadionally
The black pudding was dried out from being on the warmer too long, some slices were also under cooked.
The sausages, likewise, were dried out. Perhaps put less in the dishes and keep an eye if you are running out
4.1
Spotless clean
Nice pleasant staff
Good facilities
Small windows in bedroom
4.1
A good selection of food for breakfast, location excellent as in a short amount of time enjoyed RHS Bridgwater and a brief visit to Salford Quays. The golf course looked excellent.
4.1
The breakfast is always the best.plenty if choice and endless coffee.
There is a big carpark, always spaces but people still choose to park on double yellow lines/ no parking notice on pole .someone had even got there wheels in the flowers.could do with some sort of ballards.

Lovely grounds, communal areas were beautiful
Breakfast was nice
Large, brown dated furniture in the room
Bathroom was dated
No fridge in the room and ice machines didn’t work
No climate control in the room so was a little hot in the night
4.1
A clean, stylish and modern hotel with a great spa! Set in a green oasis with with its own pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym and golf course! Excellent breakfast buffet. A great place to relax and unwind!
4.1
Clean and friendly staff
Too hot in the room at night
4.1
Reception staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely.
The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. For the deluxe king room, its 2beds joined together and the pillows were incredibly thin. The spa area is really just a pool with a small sauna and steam room, which is probably fine on less busy days.

The facilities

Everything about the hotel was great
No complaints whatsoever
4.1
nice location, breakfast was good, and situated on the golf course I use to play was quite nostalgic
Constant banging from cleaners going in and out of their work area from 4am til evening, and loud drilling noise periodically. We got no sleep. Avoid room 169 at all cost!
4.1
We like the location
Rooms felt dated, pillows were awful.
We were there for a wedding (on a sat night) everything shut off at 12, including the residents bar. We couldn’t even order room service as “the bar is shut”.. if there has been a mini bar we’d have possibly understood
4.1
Very nice location and view was great

Smart, clean, freshly refurbished I think.....very comfortable large double room. Quiet too. Very pretty festive feel when arriving with a friendly helpful receptionist. We arrived early before check in, and our room was ready. Leisure facilities are also great....large swimming pool for a hotel, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, all smart and clean. Didn't use the gym but it looked great. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on dining/breakfast. When we arrived back in the very late evening (11pm) the bar was still open. It's well out of the city, but that suits us.
Nothing, we've already booked another stay as it's perfect for visiting family.

Lovely pool and leisure facilities.
Huge room with nice sofa. Very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious. Loved the take away coffee cups in the room.
Poor flush on toilet, lack of information and dusty cupboard

Bathrooms need updating a bit 1980s for the room rate

Hotel itself is very nice and our room was clean. The bathroom decor is a little dated but was clean, which is more important.
We ate at the Flat Iron Grill which was very nice though a little pricey.
Breakfast was very nice. Great that they had options for decaf coffee in the machine.
Beds were comfy but pillows were very flat and gave little to no support. Came away with a bad neck which I'm still suffering from days later. Not necessarily their fault but they could have at least two choices of pillow in the room, one soft and one firm.
