Great location for business travellers. Lots of free parking on site. It’s more akin to an American style motel, like mini apartments, I really like the format.
I really don’t want to criticise this place, it’s so cheap and the staff are so nice. It’s a little dated, even some redecoration would go a long way, just to make the rooms feel a bit more up to date. If you can see past that then it’s a good spot and great value for money. It’s clean and comfortable, I stay here every time I work in Birmingham.

The staff member in reception was very helpful.
We found it difficult to sleep because of the noise of traffic from the very busy major road in which the hotel is located.
4.0
The location and ambience
And there was a old man(sorry I can't remember his name so I'm mentioning it) he was really nice
We made a late check in, we were asking him glasses, plates cutlery and beers etc etc without hesitating he gave us with smile and dominating his age he always comes with smile from the computer
There was no elevator from 2nd floor we have carry our big luggage on stairs
And breakfast we have to book the previous day or else you end up without having breakfast
So we have to go out to eat

it is a pretty central location so was convenient for getting back into the city.
It was dated and the room was not clean, some of the lighting did not work, it was booked as a doible but was two singles pushed together.
The sheets were dirty and the bathroom looked worn.

Nothing.
I booked for 3 people was given a family room and the receptionist said I would have to pay extra for triple room. I said we wouldn’t have breakfast so he let us have the triple room. The room was smelly and not very clean. Big hole in carpet too.

When I checked out
Everything.
Room was disgusting and dirty, wasn't really a hotel.
More like old council flats converted to bedsits.

Nice location.
Shaky toilet and sink... No hot water next day; cold shower instead.
"supreme" double bed is basically 2 small twin beds laid side-by-side,,,and 1 mattress laid over them.

Helpful Reception staff.
Cleanliness of the surroundings was poor. Litter all over the grounds
4.0
no time kerfew to get back for.
broken door handles and few concerns with the rooms and they took a deposit for damages taken 5 days plus to go back into account when the rooms were already damaged

The room was fairly spacious
The room was out dated
It had a funny smell
Also the room remote had no batteries

This hotel was perfect for what we needed, we were going on a night out and needed somewhere clean and cheap to stay and it was great. The beds were comfy, the bed sheets clean and the room was clean and tidy. The reception staff were lovely
The room did get slightly hot even with the heating turned down and also the walls are a bit thin and the neighbors were a bit noisy but nothing major

One of the worst hotel i have ever visited. The heater did not work and the weather outside was -5. I just was freezing. I tried to use the phone in the room to contact with the reception but no one responded me even I tried many times.
The doors of the rooms is looking directly to the street so feel unsecure and scared coz anybody reach you anytime.
I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

It was well located as we were going to the arena, on arrival it was a little daunting as looked like a residential setting and felt a bit uncomfortable but once we got into our room it was clean and comfortable. Would not recommend if people are looking for a lively hotel bar etc but it suited myself and my daughter with a nice room and as alot of people do not eat a cooked breakfast (meat/pork) we were catered for and the lovely gentleman cooked us a fresh breakfast when we sat in the dining room (thank you young man) just one thing and am sorry to say I love mushrooms but couldn't eat them did not taste right but much appreciated.

Quiet room which I did request but told them I was disabled so couldn't get my mobility chair in steps into lobby lift to small. So not a good option.
The advertisement did not fit with what advertised. Paid 168.00 for two nights myself and my daughter I assumed as it stated breakfast that was included but no they wanted another 13.50 a day for both of us but decided against . I was then asked for another 100 pound in case of damage to room I am 63 not a party animal anymore but no option. We got to room which was booked as a twin but it was a double and single put together with a six inch difference in height.we had to ring for pillows and was told had to go our selves to get them no staff. Although room and beds lovely clean. The hotel was if I remember rightly had 156 rooms and although I know people and family's and I could not live the way that family's have to live in small rooms with children how they manage it and should not be the way things are. We were the only paying guests there. Really was not what we expected. Would I recommend no.

not much
So.. we didn’t like property due to how bad the room was. As what we can only describe as dry crusty sick was all over the floor, along with dry Chinese noodles, mud patches and god knows what else.. safe to say the floor hadn’t been touched so we left our shoes on the whole time. We’ve also tried contacting you about this and heard no response after a week so it’s resulted to this. We didn’t get a good nights sleep due to a disruption out side with other guests so we didn’t have the best experience.

NOTHING.
Worst place I've ever stayed! So unhygienic, with hairs on the bed, peanuts and stains on the floor, stains on the pillows and sheets and so much more. When asked for a new room or for it to be cleaned we were told there were no more rooms available and completely ignored about having the room cleaned. We checked out around 2 hours later as it was too bad to even stay for the night. I was given an email to contact for a refund and had no response, booking.com filed a complaint and also had no response from the hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone!

Not a lot
Dated, dirty, and noise at 3.45am from outside swearing and screaming some kind of argument with guests. No one to answer phone on reception.
0.5
absolutely nothing.
the hotel is run down. looks like a block of london flats. crisps on the floor by the bed, bed so close to the door you couldnt shut the door without shutting the bedding in the door. drug deal taking place in the carpark. when I requested a refund and to check out manager became rude and said a refund would be unlikely. check trip advisor for more accurate photos before considering booking here and being catfished by the photos on here.

Staff were awful. My car was broken into and they were unhelpful. Found out the is a regular occurrence for here. Nothing was stolen but given no help from the hotel to even tape the car up. They acted as this was my fault so I had to deal with myself.

was comfortable and friendly
the breakfast set up was not too good. some of food was not too great.

There is nothing to like about this place. Do not be miss lead by the photos. This place is not what it seems
This is not a hotel. This is an old 1970's American-style motel that seems to be used to house homeless families and homeless people, many of whom have drug and drink-related issues. The rooms are not as they look in the photos. The rooms are old and dirty, the furniture is from the '70s the stairwells are very dirty and full of the litter as is the car park where you will find broken bottles glass and other items. All of the room doors open on to long outdoor hallways/balconies the residents were outside all night smoking weed and drinking the place stinks of weed. The nose meant you could not get any sleep even my dog was awake all night. Cars come and go hitting their horns and shouting at the people on the balcony. This place should not be accepting paying guests. The problem with booking.com is this review will be pushed to the bottom so people will only see the possible revews. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

the staff were friendly and it was a good location. The parking and breakfast was great.
The accommodations was very outdated, they took £100 deposit, found hair grip on bedding, food ok the floor, stains on bedding and someone else’s reservation slip from 7 days earlier.
4.5
Central location. Good size rooms. Comfortable beds. Perfect for what we needed.
£100 per room is steep in price.

friendly staff on arrival
Hotel fell well below expectations for the price paid. Images incomparable to what we ended up with. One of the 4 rooms books had an overwhelming unbearable smell of smoke meaning they had to share room with other guests. Over cleanliness was poor. With marks on the bedding, unclean toilet, dust and hair everywhere. Intimidating children running around stairs and car park. Very grotty and didn’t feel particularly safe.
0.5
Nothing.
Spit and other fluids all on the wall in my room. Disgusting rooms and unhelpful staff.
2.5
Price and the fact that wr could get ground level suite for mobile accessible member.
Shower water was tepid at best, ice bath at worst. Heated towel rack, wasn't or weren't instructed on how to turn on. The only way to completely turn lights off was to remove room key card from a wall slot. Room then was jet black. Great, except now had to get in bed. Posed a problem when had to go to bathroom in middle of night. Had to wake roommate with lights. Not user friendly.
Breakfast was poor. Cold coffee, Toaster would not be acceptable at a hostel. Juice that was reconstituted sugar.
