ロケーションに不満

コンセントが十分にありました

2人部屋の一人ユースのためお値段安くはなかったので、せめて夜景が見える側の部屋だったら不満はなかったのにと思う。また、コメントでロケーションを希望していたのだから、叶わないならチェックイン時にその旨の説明があると良かった。

will stay again for the wonderful breakfast!

situated a little distance from the train station so rain can be a challenge .pother wise good quiet and very near to shopping and eating areas.

the room was a bit small and the TV dont have any english channels

Surely stay in again once back to Yokohama

Excellent location, shops, restaurants, around. Many choices/types of restaurants in walking distances. Shopping malls are around, closed up to the JR Main stations, very very convenient.

Not like the free drink on the checked-in day, not sure why it is only filled in 1/3 of the glass. Will it be a standard compliment for all type of guests, just wondered.

①横浜駅から徒歩で行ける点。 ②コンビニが側にあり便利な点。 ③ロビーの香りが良く癒された点。

①トイレやバスタブの品質劣化を感じた点。 (清掃は行き届いているがトイレのヨゴレやバスタブの床の使用感について) ②タオルの臭いが臭かった点。

Fabulous staff, bar and restaurant - all great value. Better than being in central Tokyo.

A second visit - we lived if so much that we stayed longer - thanks to all of the staff, we interacted with a very helpful lady named Miyu and she was always very professional. The restaurant that’s associated with the hotel, and the bar, are excellent. Superb fusion food and a wood- fired oven - we loved the two meals we had here.

I can hear the noise in the other room even though it's 10pm. and because I'm close to the elevator, I can hear the noise of other customers passing by

Very pleasant but a bit corporate

I didn’t like it when I queried the bill and was being charged double the rate I had locked in with Booking.com. In the end a senior member of staff sorted it out for me. I think the more junior member staff should have double checked it.

- friendly check in - interesting design in the hotel - comfortable bed

- noise, asked for quite room which was confirmed, got the room directly opposite of a large construction side. - noise from adjoining rooms , load doors etc. - towels only in kids size, way to small and only 2 ! - amenities sparse - bathroom old and cramped ( therefore no pictures on the website) - cost too high for the result

Unique experience near Yokohama station

The room layout and overall value for money is similar than competition in the area, but the overall package that the hotel offers, with his unique design, fancy bar and restaurant makes the stay much enjoyable

We, the family of 4, were given a family room with three twin beds and one sofa bed, which was surprisingly spacious. The interior was modern and pleasant.

Superb

There was a lot to like. The ambiance in the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and helpful a few even spoke English. This is my native tounge so that was a nice bonus. The Smoke Door restaurant had amazing food, I ate there every night I was there.

There really wasn't anything to complain about.
