また蒲田に行くことがあれば利用したい。

立地が良く部屋が広かった。コインランドリーの全自動洗濯機が綺麗だった。

部屋が暗かった。洗面台の下のパネルがズレていて排水溝の臭いがした。

ロケーション、清潔さ、価格面において素晴らしいホテルだと思います。

駅から歩いて5分以内であり、ロケーション、価格、清潔さと満足いく内容でした。

有料の朝食が1,300円以上だったのでやめました。もう少し安ければ助かります。

Great

The hotel is very close to the train station, about 4 minutes walk. There's a supermarket nearby, 7/11, Family mart and many shops, cafe and restaurants, the area is great to explore and about 25 minutes by train from the city center. The staff speaks English and were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable, they will clean the room if you put the sign on the door.

The only downside was the view from the room, we stayed at second floor and had a wall right in front of the window.

Overall a good stay, location good, plenty of eating choices.

Beds were very comfortable.

There was only one pillow for each bed.

The location was excellent located close to the train station and other specialty shops.

The reason I will not stay there again was you had to sleep with the lights on for the Air Conditioning to work or even charge your phone. The owners are so cheap that you have to put your room card in a holder that allows the electricity to work. It's either 100% on or off. Bring night shades to wear to bed here if you don't like your room sleeping temp at 85 degrees Fahrenheit!

Very satisfied. Great staff, great access.

The breakfast buffet was good. I was expecting the usual cold, stale buffet, but the salad was fresh and the Japanese hot meal was very comforting after my long flight. The staff were always attentive and helpful. The hotel is very close to a transit train station for easy commute. The room was fairly quiet, although the hotel is situated next to a busy road.

The area around the bathroom is tight spaced. With large suitcases, it was hard to access the bathroom.

Staff was helpful to provide O2 cleaner. I mistakenly booked a smoking room. It was my fault. They were willing to move me when a room became available.

The AC didn't seem to work well.

Amazing location and really hygenic

The room was not too small and everything was really clean! The hotel was walking distance from the train station and had loads of cafes and pubs nearby! We really enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and felt pretty safe. The staff was helpful and the rooms were cleaned every morning :) I highly recommend staying here.

Good bargain in a quiet yet convenient spot.

Very convenient to Kamata Station, but in a quiet location. You can pay in cash using a payment machine. Good bargain. I would stay here again.

Superb

Just stayed overnight before an early morning flight. All good. Also, I'd like to command the staff for cancelling my breakfast the night before, as I had to depart too early for breakfast time. He initially refused byt then arranged a refund of breakfast price - that was appreciated.

Hotel is actually further from airport than I thought and taxi fare was same price as hotel room!
