A good place to stay!

The room was large enough (compared to what you may find in Tokyo) though the toilet/shower were a bit too small. The breakfast was good and there were lots of complimentary goods (Ramen after 9pm, the massage chairs, the ice cream after the hot spring..) The hotel is quite away from the center, which turned out to be a good thing - quiet, not many tourists, and lots of little restaurants, cafes and bars around. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

My only suggestion is - if guests arrive earlier than the check in time (which is 3pm) it's better to check them in immediately, even though the room is still not available, instead of making everybody wait till 3pm and then create a waiting line to be checked in.

Totul la acest hotel este la superlativ. Își merită pe deplin cele cinci stele. Onsenul, camera și micul dejun au fost top. Personal foarte amabil. Free shuttle bus to/from the JR station.

1.住宿地點離川崎JR站或京急川崎車站都不遠，若不想照著GOOGLE MAP導的小路走(因為熱鬧街區人行道是石板路)，可以走川崎市公所前面的大馬路(人行道比較平整)，拖拉大件行李比較舒服 2.周邊吃東西或買東西都非常方便，銀柳商店街幾乎都能夠滿足一切需求 3.飯店附設的設施非常齊全，頂樓有溫泉可以放鬆，也有免費的洗衣機可以用，烘乾機則是一次100日幣，對於自由行旅客很方便，晚上21:30還有免費拉麵可以吃，另外頂樓的公共空間也很舒適，天氣好可以看到富士山 4.當作前往橫濱、鎌倉江之島旅遊的飯店很適合 5.廁所空間雖然較小，但是是乾濕分離的，房間空間就比較大，還有小桌子可以在房間享受買回來的食物

1.室內微微不通風，但不會很嚴重 2.電視沒有YT可以看，只有日本頻道可以看，但無傷大雅

Triste de n'y avoir été qu'une nuit, j'y retournerais avec plaisir !

Prestations parfaites ! La chambre était calme et confortable, l'accès aux bains est magique et on a bien pu se détendre. L'environnement est calme et serein et toutes les prestations supplémentaires ont été très appréciées (spa, chaises de massage, glace...). La localisation est top également car le quartier de Kawasaki est très agréable avec pleins de commerces autour.

温泉の質が良かったかなり、温まった

種類はいっぱいあるわけでもないがコンパクトにまとめてあって、これも有りかと。美味しいものが、ずば抜けてあるものはなかったが、不味いものもなく。これで十分。ご飯に酢飯があったが刺身のある場所に気づいたのが後だった為、魚類は同じ場所、肉類もまとめるなど、配置を工夫した方が良いかも？または酢飯の場所に自分オリジナルの海鮮丼を作ってみては？などと貼っておくとか。目で見る楽しさも欲しいかなあ。

とてもリラックスできて快適だった！

部屋は狭かったですが、動線が考えられたものの配置で、不便がなかった。施設全体がとても清潔で、スタッフの対応が良かった。温泉と休憩スペースが良く、サービスの飲み物や食べ物がありがたかった。

駅から少し歩くのでスーツケースの持ち運びが大変だった。

Clean room, nice onsen, great value for money.

As usual for all dormy chain, room is clean, with all amenities that I need. Nice onsen, free night ramen, ice-cream, etc. Staff is very helpful and polite. I stay at in most of my trips to Japan. Room size 20m2 at this price is also very good. You get a bit more space to place luggage and pack your stuff. A bit out side of Tokyo center but transportation is very convenient, so there is no problem. Direct bus available to Mitsui Outlet Kisarazu, only takes 45 mins. Many shopping malls, restaurant near Kawasaki station.

Nothing really, I love Dormy inn. Keep the Onsen well-serviced, or maybe make it a bit bigger to handle higher usage on weekends would be nice. This is probably the main reason I pay extra from other chains such as APA or Toyoko.

ชอบตรงที่โรงแรมมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมากๆ มี 7/11 อยู่ข้างล่างโรงแรมติดกับล็อบบี้เลย แถมชั้น 15 ยังมีออนเซนฟรี มีเก้าอี้นวดฟรี มีการ์ตูนให้อ่านฟรี มีห้องซักผ้าฟรี (แต่อบผ้าเสียเงิน 100¥) มีไอติมกับน้ำแข็งฟรี ตอนดึก 3 ทุ่มครึ่งถึง 5 ทุ่ม มีราเมงให้กินฟรี ดีสุดๆเลยครับ ประทับใจมากๆ

สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว ถ้าได้ห้องกว้างอีกซักนิดจะดีมากๆ

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially the onsen that they have on the 15th floor!

We love the natural hot spring that they have and the complimentary snacks (ramen, ice cream, Yakult).

It is a 10 minute walk to Kawasaki station and if you have big luggages, this can be a hassle.

Great stay in Kawasaki

I enjoyed all the facilities and onsen. The massage chairs were a great touch. Also the free icecream after bath was great. The view was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was the pillows. I think having the option of a thicker pillow and softer pillow would have been helpful.

頂樓浴場很棒，風呂後有提供養樂多、冰棒。天氣好的時候可遠眺富士山。下午傍晚時段有多種迎賓飲料。晚上醬油拉麵雖想是免費的，但出乎預期地有一定的水準。早餐自製海鮮蓋飯有鮪魚赤身、甜蝦、鰭邊肉，其他就是一般商務旅館會出現的菜色。

入住時在窗簾後的窗台上發現小異物（垃圾）提供的浴袍有股味道，但不是洗衣精的味道，有要求更換。

Good rest before flying back home

The Onsen is very good and complimentary massage chair and ice cream, coffee very appreciated. The view on Mount Fugi from the roof top is cool too. Rooms are clean and not too small. 30min from Haneda airport door to door. 7Eleven shop inside the hotel does your breakfast.

The breakfast is expensive for its quality, not very good. The bed pillows too hard for me. No smart TV, no mirroring. No international channels. Some automatic lighting (sensor) at night when going to toilet not very appreciated as it will light almost everywhere.

Good experience

The hot spring, free ice-cream, drinks and the bath-tub is good for our kid.

The location if a little bit far away from the JR station The breakfast a little bit disappointed, everyday is the same breakfast and the closing time is too early. So rush for us in the morning. And the food's variety is not too much for children.

A relaxing stay

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The bed and room was very comfortable. I didn’t use the shower in the room as I used the onsen on the top floor. The onsen was superb and there is a nice view from the top. After using the onsen, there are free lollies. There are also massage chairs. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and excellent. At night there are free noodles in the restaurant. The washing machine is free and 100yen to use the drier. I booked an extra night as I really enjoyed my stay.

Regarding men’s bath, I saw lot of LGBT customers. Inside public area, do not stay same place long time. I couldn’t use like SOTOBURO area. Especially low temperature Onsen UCHIBURO, so I wanted to use SOTOBURO.
