Very friendly staff. Optimal location to explore western Tokyo as well as Kanagawa prefecture, e.g. Yokohama, Kamakura.

Washing detergent only available at the reception. Water deluge mode at bathroom sink.

Friendly staffs, but room is just ok.

The staffs are very kind and welcoming, and they help us with the luggage transfer service which is very nice! Bed was comfortable and they had bath tub to soak in after long day.

Room size is not so spacious, we can't open all our 3 luggages at same time. A little bit dark for our liking, but maybe that's just the vibe. When i book the hotel it is golden week, so this is the only affordable 3stars hotel we can book. It is quite far from tokyo station - i thought that's fine because there's JR station (kamata) nearby. Turns out it still need 10-15 minutes walk from the station and there's no other choice (bus/subway) we can opted. If you need a place just for sleep and bath, this hotel provide it. Nothing so special, but i appreciate the warm staffs! 😊

The carpet and dressing table area could have been cleaner. The dust on the surface weren’t wiped properly.

Comfortable, trouble free, easy, convenient.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, clean and comfortable room, extra pillows available on request. Very short walk to Kamata station for the Keihin Tohoku line, and similar short distance to Keikyu Kamata station for easy and quick access to Haneda airport. It's the third time I have stayed here, and will likely stay there again if the need arises.

Breakfast choice is a little limited considering the cost, however the bar / restaurant is very small so they cannot expand the service much.

Beside the first room I got, overall the stay was good.

The staff is kind and nice!

The first room I got had a hole in the wall which I did not expect but the staff kindly rearranged another room for me.

Exceptional

Everything was OK. I could borrow a plug adapter. Oh, and there was a nice origami in the room. :)

The room was very small, there was no place to pack or to put clothes..

Very good

It was a easy and confortable stay. It's ideal for tourists who needs staying near Haneda airport.

There were some dusts under the bed. But this wasn't a problem for sleeping.

worth for the price I paid for

location was convenient, close to Haneda airport to welcome and say goodbye to my travelling family

one of the staff members, a male was not very kind. I repeated 3 times I was Japanese nationality and he kept asking me for my residence card, then didn’t explain to me how to get to my room, and he was uncomfortable talking to me.

Better than expected

Much larger room compared to previous stays at other APA hotels. Plenty of space to sort luggage and only a 6 minute walk away from train connections to Haneda airport.

Convenient, friendly and very reasonably priced.

Last time we stayed here we commented on the poor pillows (Japanese style, low and flat) so this time at check-in we requested additional pillows and the staff rapidly brought them to our room. Nice quality with proper support.

We had a non-smoking room which was okay. But, due to the open internal structure of the building, the corridors smelled of stale cigarettes coming from the smoking rooms. Please move into the 21st century and go 100% non-smoking.
