Exceptional

The hotel is in a good location - walking distance to everything. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and there was daily room service. The room was big and there was a private patio with a sofa looking onto a courtyard. A big clothes drying rack was provided which was very helpful. Communication with the host before the stay was very good. The WiFi was good. The shower was hot. There was AC in the room. There was a hose to wash off beach sand before going in the rooms which was a nice option. There was a common fridge and electric kettle to use and filtered water. Segundo the host was so friendly and accommodating. We had an afternoon ferry and he offered for us to keep the room until we had to leave for the ferry which was very helpful. Definitely recommend this property.

A few days in Isabela

Lovely room and a good size with a very large comfy bed. Great host!

No hot water at all. Had to shower and shave in cold water

clean and tidy, shower even had hot water which was a first for us on Galapagos. small walk to the main part of town but it’s a small place everywhere within 5/10 mins

Small mistakes can leave a bad taste

Super spacious room. Easy check in. Owner makes an effort to communicate in English. Not the greatest location but everywhere is workable . Good value for money, but would pay a little extra and stay somewhere else next time.

Got charged $20US for a small load of washing which was outsourced. Could have taken it in ourselves and paid a quarter of that. Also refused to organise a taxi for us when we were leaving, saying she couldn't help, but she was obviously in a hurry to go somewhere. Issue also with the hot water, had none the first day but did the remaining days.

Great value for money

Very new property, with big rooms, very comfy beds and AC (a must depending on the time of the year!). Away from the beach & centre, but only a 15 mins stroll to either and great value for money. Does not do breakfast but there's plenty of places close by, including a bakery right across the road with super extensive opening hours. All activities in Isabela have exactly the same price no matter who you contract them with (they seemed to have arranged it like this purposefully), so arranging them through the hotel is quite convenient.

Our stay at this hotel was brilliant. The room was new and everything was really well finished. The bed and pillows were comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is good value.

Okay for a quick one night stay in Isabela.

The price was great.

The showers weren’t that great. No breakfast provided. and the property was under construction which we were not aware of when we booked.

Superb

Asked for your recommendations, and signed up for a Sierra Negra tour. It ended up being on a bus of 20 or so, with uninterested guides. Better off making your bookings elsewhere.

Very clean. Very new. Very good location. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Personal drying rack outside the room for wet clothes. Room smelled good.

Lacking in most basics

The room was clean and fine.

- no potable water included. I had to buy my own - there was noone at the front desk for days at a time. No exaggeration!!! - when I needed to speak to someone at the hotel, I needed to go to the restaurant next door or the store across the street, if they were open, ask them to call, and wait 10-15 minutes for the owner to arrive. - noone at the hotel speaks English. - no breakfast included - there was no signage at the front of the establishment - On the way in, the taxi driver had to stop multiple times to see if anyone knew of the place - the address provided by Booking.com was wrong

Lots to like

We were able to check in early and leave late, the manager was helpful, free water, big bed, etc. Lots to like.

There was a smell coming from the bathroom..I think from the ventilation.

Superb

Staff is very very helpful! She arranged very good tours for us for a fair price, she arranged the ferry's & taxi and we could ask her anything. It's als very clean and very comfortable beds.

It's 15 minutes from the beach. For us it wasn't a problem at all,l.
