Great value for money!

Great value for money! The girl running the place is really kind and is always available. The room has all that you need, even a lot of space to keep your clothes. They clean every day and the kitchen is very big and useful if you want to prepare any meal. It is located at a short walking distance from the main street and you can do laundry for a reasonable price. We definitely recommend!

The bed was a bit small for us and the water pressure and temperature were not always stable. We slept with ear plugs because of nearby roosters. However, these were minor things considering the value for money.

Perfect hostel for some nights

Comfortable beds, enough space, hot shower, AC, clean and everyday cleaning. Couldn't wish for more. The host was also very nice and dod our laundry for a good price.

Very nice recommended place in Isabela

The room was very clean and very well maintained. The room was cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful and supported us with any request as well as helped us with booking some tours on the island. Location is 5 min from the main area in the town where are all of the restaurants.

Nice place to rest

Clean and comfortable rooms, big shared kitchen and entry area. Also a place to hang clothes in the back and dry out. Wifi was good, working without problems for text/emails even meetings. 10 min pleasant walk to the center and very close to the flamingo lagoon. The staff is nice and friendly. Helping you for activities and transportation. A/C works well too.

Shower pressure is low and it gets clogged after a couple of showers.

Great value for money, for amazing comfort!

Excellent rooms, very clean and comfortable, great shower, and biggest bonus was the well equipped and clean kitchen. Always smelt nice! And did great laundry.

Great place in the beautiful Galapagos!

The room was large and was cleaned daily. There is spacious close space. The ac was really strong. A great place to return to.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but that wasn’t a huge problem.

Hilfsbereites Personal in einer schlichten Unterkunft

Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft befindet sich etwa 10 Minuten laufnähe vom Zentrum und die Ausstattung war ausreichend.

Leider hat nur eine Herdplatte funktioniert aber für ein einfaches schnelles Gericht hat es ausgereicht.

Fijne accomodatie voor verblijf op Isla Isabella

Zeer vriendelijke host en fijne schone kamer. Kamer werd tussendoor ook schoongemaakt als je wilde (fijn want je neemt toch snel veel zand mee naar binnen). Heel breed tweepersoons bed en goede airco! WiFi werkte ook goed.

Good

Once we switched rooms after the first night, our room was fine. They cleaned the room well every day. The wifi at the hostal was the best out of the 3 islands we visited, which was great. The woman who works there arranged a taxi for us at 5:15 AM so we can catch our 6:00 AM ferry.

The substitute person put us in the wrong room (not the one we booked) when we got to the hostal and I was too seasick to notice or complain (I had to lay down immediately). The room had a tiny bathroom and you bumped into things when you moved around and it only had 1 bed when we booked 2. When we asked for a different room the next day, they accommodated and we switched to a different room with 2 beds and a bigger bathroom and that room was fine. The substitute person also didn't tell us how to get drinking water and I had to use Whatsapp later to ask. There's not always a person at the front desk of the hostal, you have to use whatsapp if you have any questions. The way the rooms are set up in the hostal means it can get noisy. There was a family with kids staying there and it got loud at times, but it wasn't too bad.

My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and bright, as was the kitchen and eating area. A super stay all round and all thanks to Jenny who looked after me during my stay.

Okay stay

Comfortable bed and room. Shower was okay but not very powerful. Large kitchen and dining area. Not too far of a walk from the centre of town. Rooms cleaned daily.

Kitchen area was very dirty, lots of ants everywhere. This was a shame because it made us not want to cook there. Bins were not emptied for a while it seemed. Quite a lot of ants in the shower too. Staff were nowhere to be seen at reception and when we sent them a message requesting laundry we got no response.

Perfect place to stay at Isabela

Really nice place to stay. It's just outside the centre but close to the local market en multiple shops. We liked the big en good equiped kitchen and the places inside and outside to sit. The lady at the fromdesk is also very friendly.

Fantastic hostel

Fantastic hostel. Great communication via WhatsApp - Naty is lovely! Rooms inc bathrooms are spacious and super clean and have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is excellent due to Starlink!! Filtered water tap in the kitchen is very handy. Only a 6-7 min walk from the main square.

Perfect base in Isabela - stay here!

Our stay here was fantastic, easily the best of the Galapagos and maybe of our six months in South America so far. The internet was good, the bedrooms clean and comfortable, the shower had good pressure and was hot, the kitchen well equipped. We really loved our time here. Oh and the towels! Lovely towels!
