About this apartment rental

This apartment block has a ground floor and a first floor. After a short flight of stairs, you reach a stylish and immaculately presented first floor air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with secure underground parking is set within tranquil gardens and centrally located in Subiaco. The apartment is just a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus and train routes, Regal theatre and King Edward Memorial Hospital. Specialist doctors, medical centres and major hospitals (Sir Charles Gardiner, St John of God and Perth Children Hospital) are 5 minutes away by car and easily accessible by public transport.
The lounge and dining areas are light and spacious. TV, WIFI, DVD player are provided along with a range of DVD’s, books and magazines.
The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, toaster and full sized fridge and dishwasher. A complimentary ‘Welcome Pack’ of basic pantry requirements such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, bread, butter, spreads and milk are supplied upon arrival. Gluten free bread and dairy free milk is available if required. Additional pantry needs can be supplied upon request at nominal cost.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have built in robes, drawers, AM/FM radio and bedside lamps. Quality sheets, quilts, blankets, pillows are supplied.
Provided in the modern bathroom are hair dryer, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and tissues. The toilet is separate to the bathroom.
The laundry is equipped with iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and automatic washing machine. Detergent and fabric softener are provided.

We enjoyed the apartment very much and would recommend it. It has everything you need and is ideally situated and very comfortable. Bread and milk, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided as well as some basic essentials. . For older folks it does have stairs to the entry. Communication was excellent and prompt.

This property was amazing and exactly what we needed for our stay. Tucked away from the busy street it was super quiet but close to everything we needed. A short walk to the train station and lots of restaurants. The property was very clean and super comfortable, a home away from home it had everything we could need. A big Thankyou to our host for the extras that made it a sublets and comfortable stay. Would stay again!

Our stay was mid week for 3 nights. The place was exactly like the photos and Trevor has every appliance that you can think of. It is very central to Rokeby St to the shops and cafes and close to the train and bus station too. Can't fault our stay and would go back if ever in WA again. Loved it.

The apartment is well designed, with a modern interior and attractive furniture. A collection of DVDs, board games and books are in the loungeroom, along with a smart tv. The location is close to great restaurants, shops, activities and the train station. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend the property.

This apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay before flying to Europe. Our group consisted of 3 adults and a toddler. It’s perfectly located and everything we needed was within walking distance. Great WiFi, easy host checkin, safe and secure parking. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the thoughtful touches. The apartment, linen and towels were all very clean and attention to detail like having 2 different pillows to choose from was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the holiday apartment in Subiaco. Apartment had all the required amenities.The onsite garage parking was great for the hired car. Subiaco and Daglish railway stations were within easy walking distance from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.all in all a good place for a holiday.

Trevor was a great host. Little extra touches like a loaf of bread, coffee and tea, butter and spreads, and fully stocked pantry for cooking and even a new bottle of milk meant that you were settled in from the get go and did not even need to run to the supermarket on ingress day.

I booked the very last minute (the night before) and Trevor couldn't be more helpful. We arrived late (9pm) and Trevor met us with the keys and gave some instructions. Given we had an early dr appointment at nearby hospital we did not stay for long but the unit was well equipped and tastefully decorated. Trevor also left a fresh loaf of bread and milk etc for breakfast which was much appreciated. Will definitely come back and stay again.
