super tiny, but good location 🫰
"stayed here for couple weeks during my leisure + wrk ( crown ) .. and I choosed this hotel because it was very close to cbd places too ✌️. It showed up that it is a good location at all, because all monuments were on close to wo clean, but I have to admit, that this was the really comfortable room with balcony for staying in the hotel . And I would like to say it “ Thank you “ for Hotel Staff Receptionist was very friendly and helpfully helpful to us .. 👏.. same too room attendant ; she was super clean quick efficient and made the room feel so good .. 🫶!!!

A convenient and cheap place to stay for a night if traveling to the airport.
Our room had quite a bit of road noise. Our bed was fine but the pillows were too high for both of us.

It was not as advertised.
No one to ring - mediated by 3rd party online site.
The no-refund policy meant I lost my money.

The location was excellent and the room was roomy.
Our window was literally on the highway there was no wall or fence between us and the footpath. Was very noisy being on the highway.
No couch or outdoor furniture. Only two beds and small table.

That it was close to the airport
That they did not honour the Booking.com listing stating no prepayment necessary.
They constantly harassed me 2 days before I was supposed to arrive. They told me that Booking.com was wrong and that prepayments were a requirement when staying with them.
I contacted Booking.com and they supposedly sorted the issue out for me. Then I received more phone calls and msgs throughout that day from the hotel until they cancelled my room altogether.
This caused me massive stress to my mental health and ruined the last two days of my holiday.
I am incredibly disgusted with the communication between Booking.com, and the hotels it books for.
I was told by the hotel that Booking.com lied to me when they told me it was all sorted and that I had to pay straight away.
Very very disgusted
