Just wanted to share with you how much I enjoyed our stay recently. The place had this magical vibe that made me feel right at home. The staff was so friendly and kind, and the food...let's just say it was insanely good! I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about our time there. Looking forward to our next visit!

A little slice of paradise, perfect for those looking for a quiet and undisturbed island getaway. The turquoise colour of the ocean is simply unforgettable. The staff members were also wonderful and down to earth. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed at 3 other resorts and Coconut Beach was our favorite. It was super peaceful with a wonderful vibe. We also loved the reef and enjoyed snorkeling. The food at Coconut Beach was the best.
Nothing for us. But for those who like to snorkel, it can get windy and thus waves and a bit of current. We are very strong swimmers, so it didn’t bother us at all, but just letting others know.

People; walk out to reef ; food was amazing

It’s a beautiful resort in a fantastic location. Very well run, only 11 bungalows, so you get to know the other guests and the staff know everyone’s names. A good range of daily trips and activities, a lovely house reef to snorkel on, and a resort dive centre. You’ll get the most out of this if you want to engage with other guests and staff and do some joint activities (kava drinking, crab races…) - this may not be for everyone, but is really one of the high points. The staff are what really make this place. I don’t think we’ve ever experienced such an amazing, friendly, and multi-talented group of people. They and the owners go above and beyond in every way to make you feel and home a well looked after. Can’t recommend this resort enough!
Nothing. It’s worth knowing that there’s a fixed daily meal plan (with alternatives on request) which may not be for everyone. (The food is good, consistent, crowd-pleasing family fare with a slight 1980s vibe.)

Absolutely stunning location way out in the Yasawas.
The staff are incredible and really treat you like family. A big thank you to Anne, Phillip, Tomu, Lily, Beta, Api and Vata who really went the extra mile for our trip.
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best during our trip, but the library is very well stocked and there’s plenty to keep you occupied.
The food is well portioned and meals change every day.
The bathrooms in the villas are absolutely gorgeous
Meal times are very set and there’s minimal room for variation. This is understandable given the location, but might not be to everyone’s taste.
Water temperature varies as it’s a solar shower- just to warn you!

We had a beautiful family holiday with our 2 kids (8&11), the staff were amazing and we loved all of the activities (snorkelling, school/village tour, the caves) and nightly entertainment (warrior dance, kava ceremony, live music, crab race). The food was great quality with a few stand out dishes and the kitchen were flexible in catering to dietary requirements and kids fussiness.
4.5
Beautiful grounds, large and clean rooms. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. Great selection of activities, which were well priced. They did an excellent job of managing the mosquitos and other insects around the property. We were worried about the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, but there was a lovely breeze and huge fans in the room so it wasn't an issue at all. The reefs around the resort were incredible! A 3 minute boat ride to the reef, and we saw tons of fish, sharks, rays and beautiful coral.
The lunch and dinners were good, but there was definitely a lot of room for improvement with breakfast. It was a set menu every day, with no selection. A small breakfast buffet would be better. We found the beds to be extremely hard and uncomfortable.

wow wow wow this place is a paradise in every aspect. Location is stunning, coral reef is healthy, colourful and full of marine creatures. Waters are calm. Resort is well maintained, clean, and beautiful with natural and cultural touches. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outdoor area is beautifully designed and comfortable to relax in the nature. Entertainment was amazing I was concerned that we will be bored on a small island for 6 days but at the end we wanted to stay for much longer. Every day we could choose from 2 activities one in the morning and one in the afternoon that involved fishing, snorkelling in different areas, caves visiting, villages visiting, playing volleyball or coconut bawling:) in the evenings we participated in a kava ceremony, trivia and watched cultural dance. The staff was super friendly and caring we felt like part of the family and we definitely will be back many more times. Lastly food was delicious, a lot of it, good quality and well presented and served.
I loved everything

This has truly been the perfect holiday for our family, including our two teenagers.
The Coconut Beach Resort (CBR) location is stunning with coconut palm lined white sand leading into the crystal clear water. Only metres off the beach is the marine sanctuary with stunning corals and an abundance of marine life. We snorkelled everyday.
All bungalows are close to the beach (even garden bungalows) and are set amongst greenery
and coconut trees. The accomodation was comfortable and met all our needs, with ceiling fans which kept us cool at night. Taking a shower under the blue skies or starry night in the outdoor bathroom was a treat. Each bungalow has their own hammock, in which we spent hours reading and star gazing. There are also more than enough sun beds for all guests positioned for privacy along the beach, meaning there’s no need to get up before other guests to reserve their spots. Most sun beds also had shading to protect against the sun, however you can move the sun beds away from the shade if you want to.
The dining area and bar had a community feel. Having said that, we could spent as much or as little time as we wanted with other guests. Everyone was there for the same reason, to unwind and re-energise, not to impose themselves on others. Having said that, we met some wonderful people and remain in contact with them.
The food was of incredibly high quality and servings generous. Each day the menu changed and each day we were serenaded by the beautiful voices of the talented CBR team as we ate. So good!!
In addition to the snorkelling out front, kayaks, paddle boards etc, each day presented new activities. These included such things as fishing, caves visit, village visits, snorkelling at other blue lagoon and yasawa locations, scuba diving with PADI certified instructors, cooking lessons and many more. My kids did an introductory scuba dive out in the lagoon with the wonderful CBR instructor, Anne. She was amazing with the kids.
We loved everything about this resort. The only time we were unhappy, was having to say goodbye.

This is truly paradise on earth! The staff makes it feel like home away from home. The surroundings are beautiful and you pretty much have it all to yourself. The food is amazing too.

Eventing from start to finish.
The communication before our arrival was smooth and the staff were able to provide enormous help to organise our transfers to and from the resort. Then our stay was exceptional from every point of view! The location is absolutely amazing, with an amazing reef just a quick swim away. Facilities from the bures to the common areas are spot on clean and well maintained. Food is great too! But the most amazing thing that will make your trip worth your while is the extraordinary hospitality of the entire staff!
100% recommended

coconut beach was the most lovely, homey resort. beautiful clean facilities, amazingly kind staff, amazing activities, beautiful scenery, fantastic food.
the mosquitoes and humidity which can’t be controlled! the resort has the best free mosquito repellent cream called medisoft which is very helpful in keeping the mosquitoes at bay. The rooms don’t have aircons but they have fans to help with the heat!

Coconut Beach was the perfect getaway and we’ve already been recommending it to everyone we know. The staff was incredible, the music was beautiful (can everyone from Fiji sing?!), and the snorkeling along the local reef was some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever done (beautiful coral, sharks, and a turtle!). It was magical and we hope to visit again.

Th staff are the stand out here ..nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and attend to various mobility needs. The dining area is really relaxing and there are a number of areas around the resort and gardens to sit and chill. The grounds and room were really well kept and we loved our outdoor shower. The snorkelling was some of the best we have seen and the dedicated marine staff work hard to ensure it flourishes. We hope to return again in the future and highly recommend this exceptional resort and the wonderful staff.
my only suggestion would be to have more breakfast options in the meal plan

location and facilities were excellent, the food!! so much, so fresh and delicious, the staff were also VERY accomodating to a picky 8 year old. Many great activities, we loved the planned but also the beach was lovely to swim in and a short swim to the marine park reserve, my 12 year old has a deeper appreciation of marine life and the ocean because of the incredible knowledge of the staff- thank you Anne! The biggest highlight though was the lovely staff who all went above and beyond- an extra special mention to Api, Beta, Phillip and Sheung but we will miss you all!
That we had to leave!!

From the very moment we arrived the staff were exceptional and next level amazing. The Bure had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The property had comfortable beach loungers and hammocks and plenty of activities. The meals were great and we're generous portions. The resort offers diving excursions in addition to snorkeling just off the beach. I highly recommend
you stay at Coconut Beach!
That we weren't able to stay longer!

beautiful garden with many palm trees leaning into the water. very romantic. nice snorkeling in the Blue Lagoon.
it faces into the wind so it’s quite breezy at times. lots of sea grass in the water and on the beach.

As close to heaven on earth that you can get. Wonderful location, burre and staff.

The management, staff and service and overall resort were exceptional and so well priced for what we experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and they honestly put their heart and soul into making sure guests have a great time sharing their culture and beautiful personalities. Food was great and they always checked each day to make sure my one fussy child had a meal she loved. The dive team were super knowledgable, great instructors and professional - one of the best I have encountered. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the resort easy to get around with lots of wonderful snorkelling just off the beach.
Plastic water bottles. Even though refillable, it would be better to use metal refillable flasks like other places in Fiji.

We had an amazing stay at Coconut Beach Resort! As others have mentioned, the staff here are incredible and really go out of their way to make you feel like family. Most resorts offer a kava ceremony, but it was the first time we ever had such a thorough explanation of the history behind it and how it is still done today. We loved all the singing the staff did for us, they all had such beautiful voices! We stayed at a few islands throughout our stay but we really enjoyed how small Coconut Beach was, I hope it stays this way! It really felt like you had an island to yourself at times. Because of the size, we made friends with the other guests and did a few of the side trips with them. I would highly recommend the tour to Coco Beach, the snorkeling was amazing! We also loved the walk up the mountain with Ben and our trivia night. I would also recommend the morning yoga and the massage, SO relaxing that I fell asleep!!
The food was AMAZING at the resort, our favourite meals by far during our stay in Fiji. We are both vegetarian and the variety of meals we had at Coconut Beach were great! You could really tell that the chef put a lot of thought on how to make the vegetarian meals similar to the non-veg meals. They were very creative and super tasty. We loved them!
Our room was huge, clean and comfy and the outdoor bathroom was amazing, I wish I had one at home!
Everything was great, although the only minus which is of course no fault of the resort is that it was SO windy throughout our stay that unfortunately swimming was a bit tough so we didn't get to enjoy the snorkeling on the beach. Would come back to Coconut Beach and we were very sad to leave.

Location is superb. The beach is clean and stunning and faces the sun-rise; 2min walk - just around the corner - the beach faces the sunset. Food and cocktails are delicious. The resort organizes daily activities, starting from Yoga in the morning to trips to the surrounding areas and islands.
Last but not least, the staff is professional and incredibly friendly. You will feel to be part of the CBR family.

What can I say - this place is so very special, and a great credit to the staff for making it so..

Cannot fault this resort. The entire expereince and service is 10/10. Staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful people. The food is amazing!!! Our favourite was the pumpkin soup and breakfast pancakes. Our room and bathroom was spacious, comfortable, very clean and the bed made/room tidied every day. The use of Kayaks/SUP are free and you can take them out onto the gorgeous water at the front of the resort anytime you want. We went for a sunrise Kayak and it was so peaceful. You don't have to think about a single thing when you stay at CBR as the team have everything sorted for you. Each day, a list of activities is written onto a board so you can book in for any activities you want to particiapte in. We went snorkelling at some gorgeous spots around the Yasawa Islands, visited the caves, walked to the top of Tavewa Island and visited another island village to meet the locals. The hardest choice you'll have to make when staying at CBR is deciding which cocktail to have at happy hour! :D. What makes this resort so unique is the little touches that they add such as staff knowing everyones name who is staying at the resort, coconuts on arrival, beautiful singing every day including anytime someone arrives/leaves the resort and my birthday was made very special. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back! Eimer and Eoin x

It is a great resort:
- People that work here are incredibly nice and very attentive
- Rooms are spacious and clean
- Great food
- Amazing activities
The location itself, while great, is not perfect:
- open to winds
- lots of sea grass close to beaches
- no (alive) reef directly near resort, although plenty of options to take a snorkeling boat trip
