Very enjoyable conveniently situated.

Room was reasonable size and comfortable with suffiicient room to move around. Breakfast was good with adequate portions.

The stairs for a person to go up and down after living in a bungalow.

Excellent stay, great food, location and staff

Staff were brilliant, check in was very smooth and a lovely friendly greeting. Breakfast was lovely and the location was perfect.

It was fairly dusty with big cobwebs.

Good and enjoyable

Very clean, although they allowed dogs there was lounge area and restaurant area that they seemed not to be allowed, which was good for people that don’t appreciate dogs.

Very Comfortable short stay near the beach

Easy to find just a couple of miles from Cromer, and close to the beach at Overstrand. Friendly welcome, clean, spacious room with nice decor. Tea and coffee & hot chocolate and fresh milk provided. Lovely biscuits. Toilet was a little small but the shower worked well and toiletries provided. Lovely cooked breakfast & sourdough toast. Pub was welcoming with a friendly atmosphere and we enjoyed the beer.

Fairly limited evening menu but the burgers we had were very good & served quickly.

Room was warm and a good size. Coffee and juice OK for breakfast. Staff friendly.

Restaurant was more cafe style and lacked comfort and atmosphere. In the room, the ensuite was tired and the tile grout was dirty. Despite advertised parking space, there was no off-street parking available.

A gem of a place.

This is my 3rd time staying here where the staff are very friendly and efficient. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable.

A lovely find in Overstrand

Very clean, modern rooms. Welcoming staff. Freshly cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The only point I would make and it is a very small one, the breakfast plates were not warm.

The room was spacious and clean the landlady showed us to the room and handed us the keys We went for a drink and decided to eat at the establishment and ordered our food for room service the food arrived and quantities were great we then relaxed and watched some tv before we fell asleep If we were to return to the property in the future we would ask for the same room

Enjoyable stay with fabulous food.

There was a lovely breakfast included and we really enjoyed the evening meal. Lovely location for walking along the coastal path to Cromer. They were very accommodating as we had our dogs with us.

There is limited parking at the site so it is first come first served. There is parking along the road though.

Relaxing and restful with excellent food!

Lovely hotel, excellent food and friendly staff all in a really pretty area. Good parking and a great position for touring Cromer and the Broads.

No blind in the bathroom, but this had been an oversight as new windows had just been fitted!

Very clean and friendly, staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, we had the full English.

Couldn't get anything to eat on arrival, had a 2 hour wait, would have been helpful to ask if we needed to make a reservation for food when booking.

Great value stay in popular location.

Great location, generous freshly cooked breakfast. Plenty of tea, biscuits, bottled water and toiletries provided in the room.

Bathroom could do with a loo roll holder and toilet was tricky to flush.

Another short stay at the White Horse.

The bar had a good selection of ales on tap and as always the breakfast was very good.

Our room (no 9)was comfortable but did suffer with a smell of drains, maybe the shower trap was not sealed !, After a while in the room it wasn’t really noticeable, so didn’t bother reporting the issue.

The breakfast was fresh and nice presented. Hot chocolate and biscuits in each mug in our room. My children thought it was wonderful.

We will definitely return! We enjoyed every moment here!

Absolutely spotless & beautifully decorated to create a calm ambiance. Only a short walk to the beach & Cliff top Cafe. Great location for visiting the surrounding areas. The staff are fantastic & friendly. Big beer garden with superb climbing facilities for children (best I’ve ever seen!) dog friendly too!!!!

Having to walk through the public bar to get to our rooms. Plus as we were over the bar it was noisy and smokers smoked outside the window
