Emplacement géographique très proche du centre piéton, pas trop bruyant.
Moquette de la pièce à vivre très tachée.

The property was close to the event we attended on Saturday. Location was great, the apartment was clean and tidy to a high standard.
The neighbours to have our right was lovely and polite
The facilities in the apartment were fantastic lots of cups and plates and cooking equipment.
We slept well in the beds

Really good location, apartment was clean

Staff were lovely, apartment was spotlessly clean and really nice. The bed was really comfy which was perfect after my day walking around the city.

There was nothing I would recommend on this property.
There was a mouse running around and the apartment was filthy. Bins had rubbish, carpets were torn, dirty socks and receipts were left on the floor. I have a video of the mouse if anyone wants a copy. I also noticed in July 2022 a similiar report was given. Following report of all these issues the owners were unwilling to provide any compensation.

Very good apartment, love the location. Good size so fit a family of 7 easily.

I stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for a business trip. Travelling by myself in a new city I was a little unsure of how to get around etc however the staff were excellent and gave me advice and directions. It was in a safe part of the city and I was comfortable walking around by myself. The onsite restaurant was AMAZING! I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here as the apartments were clean, well furnished and comfortable. I will be back!

Great location and apartment, easy check in process. We upgraded the Wi-Fi from standard to superfast and it was excellent and ideal for us to work and also stream.

Perhaps the only thing positive about this property is the location.
Where do I begin, extremely below standard for a room that cost in excess of £1200. Heavily soiled carpets throughout, broken tiles in kitchen floor, dirty glassware left in cupboard, dishwasher left with stagnant water in the bottom. The pictures of the room were nothing like the room we received, beds were left to be pulled out and made by ourselves on arrival, sleeping on nothing more than a camp bed. The only saving grace from this accommodation not ruining our weekend is the fact we spent so little time there. I strongly suggest you rethink your decision before booking this property.

I have stayed here a few times now. Its the best! Location is perfect for business and pleasure and the apartments themselves are excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the city!

The location is great
Paid £25 for parking, no permit given and fob didn’t work. Tried to contact the owners 3 times and message left but no one came back to me.
The apartment was a bit grubby, main bedroom was pretty much a mattress on the floor, dish washer hadn’t been emptied.

The apartment was very clean and close to the centre. Collecting the keys was very easy. We had a slight problem which was resolved very quickly and communication with the host was excellent.

it was nothing like the apartment that I booked very disappointed we booked an early check in and it didn’t happen and we couldn’t get in touch with the host among other things that was wrong with it

This property is very central to the shops and bars. perfect location. the apartment was big and had plenty of room for my group which was 7 girls.

the location was good for Liverpool one.
there was lots of damage to the property when I tried to contact staff there was no answer to calls or emails and still can’t get through. also fire alarms would sound in the morning and residents said it happens all the time. they don’t fix anything. lifts wouldn’t work and car park is really difficult to get into in a big car (range)

The location was perfect, in the city center with numerous restaurants at the Square. nice location for a summer visit.
The response from the staff was poor, thanx to Amy who came to our aid eventually. The property Managers never responded to calls on the customer care line provided, but they continued sending us mails of potential surcharges from our deposit.
Booking.com should notify customers of properties that requires deposits on the Booking portal, customers shouldn’t be requested to pay deposits after payment for apartment have been made.

Good location with plenty of parking nearby for our bus.
The beds were quite uncomfortable and you could feel the springs through the mattress even with a mattress topper. There was no coffee, only half a par of instant decaff. Sofabeds are old.

Great location.
we were given the wrong keys and it took hours for the issue to be sorted. in the end we were moved to another apartment.

Perfect location and beautiful views
The french doors to the terrace wouldnt lock and we had our 14 year old Daughter with us so we felt unsafe for the two nights we stayed there. We barracaded the doors with chairs and an ironing board so we could hear if anyone came in. Cracked tiles on the kitchen floor, stained bedro ok m carpet, hole in ensuite door, marks on all the walls, loose toilet seat, the dishwasher had 2 dirty glasses when we arrived and the ash tray on the trrrace was full of cigarette stumps.

The apartment waz very spacious and lovely and clean. . Very close to the shops and resturants and also to the bus station ... great cookin facilities..wil be back for sure.. great wee spot 👍👍
First of all when there was noone to greet us i found it strange but the communication with the receptionist through messages i must say i couldnt complain.

Location is central in the city and walkable to all major locations. Communication (via email) was responsive and staff did there best to solve issues. Plenty of clothes storage around the apartment and kitchen facilities (washing machine dishwasher) were all in good working order.
Collection of keys was awkward. The mini mart shop for key collection has a limited hours window when you can collect and has no parking, you run the risk of getting a ticket if you stop in the side street. Key fobs are not labelled and no instruction is given to indicate what key fob does what, which make's it confusing when trying to access doors you have not been through. Locating the actual apartment was difficult as there are three identical accommodation blocks in the village.
Our original apartment given had no internet for a number of days over the weekend. This was important to me as I needed to be in touch with my company, ended up buying a 10 GBP Tesco sim to hotspot as I am an international traveler. We were offered an alternative (upgraded) apartment during the second half of the stay to solve the internet problem. While this was better, we still had to pack up all of our clothing and move to another building.
As the apartment(s) where located in the city center, we felt that the interiors were worn and in need of a spruce up. Disposal of rubbish. All though there are some signs indicating where theses areas are, their location was confusing for the short stay traveler. After two days I did find the area and it was locked?
If you book parking, beware that the basement garage has a very narrow entry and exit to the parking areas. I don't believe this is suitable for large 4 x 4 vehicles. The lower parking area has a steep ramp, which has a high apex point when moving from higher to lower level. For low cars this could be a problem with floor of the car hitting the apex point as you move from low to high.
