Great location, good facilities, very enjoyable.
Not much to dislike.

The facilities were amazing, the beds were so comfy, and the facility was so close to everything we needed. The pool was great and kept the kids occupied, as was the tennis court. We didn't bring rackets, but the hotel supplied them at no extra cost. Friendly and efficient staff; we will definitely stay again.
The only thing we didn't have was an oven in our room.

Apartment was great, location great , facilities great!

Close to the beach.
A bit dated but very comfortable. Music could be heard from the next door empty apartment all night. Reception came and turned it off at our request.

The room was fabulous. The pool facilities were amazing. The gardens are beautiful.
The restaurant service wasn’t great, but the food was good. It was hard for them to service a full house on the Friday night. They didn’t bring our food out for over an hour, but were reasonably apologetic when I brought it to their attention.

Receptionist on arrival and departure, gardens.
No heating or A/C or cupboard/ clothes hanging space in loft bedroom.
No heat or A/ C in lounge area.
Only one toilet roll supplied, no spares.
The price / night is too high for this accommodation.
Not told there was no parking in front of unit.
Not told I had to walk up steep stairs to entrance of villa 95.
Very steep, narrow stairs up to loft. Not suitable for young children/ toddlers.

My son left his wallet behind in the room when we checked out. The hotel sent me an email straight away to inform me. When I rang them and they put it in the post the same day. It arrived with everything still inside.
Fantastic
Restaurant closed at 8pm.

We had such a fantastic little staycation, we are already looking to re-book in the summer. The staff were all lovely especially the cleaners, happy and really friendly. The pool was so clean and my girls loved it, the restaurant had a lovely warm welcoming feel to it. Honestly I couldn’t fault it. I would say my favourite thing is that the cars are all in the car park and out of the way so my girls could scoot about and I didn’t have to worry about them.
The bathrooms were a bit old but honestly that wouldn’t stop us from going back. The showers all worked lovely so it will really wasn’t a problem. It would also be nice if there was a park for the kids to play in within the site.

We loved the location, the beach and walking or riding path out front along the beach. We took our dog so were glad to have a dog beach nearby.
We ate at the restaurant a few times, the wait staff were great and the food delicious. The outdoor area is just beautiful, great landscaping and lighting.
We really liked the fact our dog was welcome at the resort.
We thought being charged $70 extra for our dog, on top of the room charges, was a bit much.

Few more games would of been nice

Bin bags were too thin! But that’s just being picky.

Would have loved to go in the pool but arrived too late and left too early. However, it looked amazing. The restaurant was awesome. Staff super friendly. Food was good.

Lovely lady at reception - her name escapes me. Nice and quiet nice and clean facilities.
Its a shame the bar/cafe don't offer a full range of breakfast not just toasties. Their menu could be expanded even for dinners as it is a great place and very convenient located next to the facility.
