The facilities are great, it’s extremely family friendly, there is lots going on and has direct beach access. My kids love when the ducks come to visit the villa and also scooting around the park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The full kitchen in the big cabins is so amazing and we enjoyed being able to cook and eat as a family.
Newer more comfortable mattresses wouldn’t hurt the business on the double/queen beds. They are not bad just could be more comfortable and the addition of a jumping pillow wouldn’t go astray.

Everything was great very happy with the place, the pool was great too.
Only thing that wasn't good was the beds were uncomfortable, don't like to say anything negative as the rest was really good but they weren't.

We loved the Safari Tent! It had everything in it that we needed. And we loved how close it was to the beach. An amazing experience!
We loved our time there & only wished we had booked for longer. Next time we will!

Close to amenities like beach and local shops.
The warm pool was good.
Ease of check in and check out.
The seating area wasn't good to relax and watch TV in. TV in the wrong position.
Mattress was a bit hard.
Bedding should be made up for winter conditions.

Accommodation was basic but clean and in a great location. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and also being able to walk along beach footpath to local restaurant in the evening.
couch not very comfortable. would have been handy to have a cafe on site. Also lights along beach path to Tonic by the Sea restaurant, as it was dangerously dark coming home.

Facilities at the park were excellent, well set out and well maintained. Staff were were professional and friendly. Unit was was a stones throw from the beach.
No wifi available to our cabin and surrounds

The pool facilities were great
Lack of power points in rooms, blinds were broken in living room, cabins were not dispersed within the park to allow families ease of access to facilities (playground and pool), no WiFi though advertised as WiFi being available.

We stayed only for one night because we were going to a further location. Unfortunately, it was a quick visit. But we would stayed longer for sure if we had more time

The location was great!
It was very over crowded, but I guess was expected given it was school holidays. Uncomfortably overcrowded.

The pool was really nice. staff were friendly, cabin was clean.
The superior cabin is tiny and very uncomfortable for a family to stay. The beds have been made smaller to fit in the rooms. I am 175cm tall and my feet hung off the end of the double bed. Not enough room to comfortably fit a second adult. One of the bunks is also made shorter and narrower to fit the room. My 10 and 11 years did not fit into this bunk. We had to book for 7 night stay due to school holidays. Room not serviced just new towels left outside the door midway through. No restock of toilet paper, tea coffee or toiletries.

So close to the beautiful beach. The kids loved the playground which was good for all ages and the adults loved the coffee van in the mornings. The caravan park was well located and easy to move around.
There was no WiFi available which was a drawback.

Nicely presented with attention to detail focusing on comfort

Location was good. Our 'usual' cabin is very close to the beach, which is a big bonus.
The park's swimming pool is a big draw card too.
Lots of trees.
No internet access available. This really should be in place in this day and age.
This is not really a complaint but I have seen coffee pod machines in nearly all other holiday parks etc, It would have been a nice bonus if this park had one too.

Beach front site was amazing, such a lovely quiet beach. Fully equipped kitchen. The indoor heated pool was a hit with the kids. We had a cabin that sleeps 6, the room was very ckean, and had everything we needed for our stay. I couldn't fault this place for the money. I have booked to return December 2023
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. I guess the sad part was having to leave.

lovely cabin located only meters from the beach.
just a little bit far out of town.

It was Amazing.
Beds - soft comfortable and high quality bedding
Shower- roomy (fit 2 adults and 2 kids after pool) good flow and warm
Pool - so warm and clean was amazing
Playground- didn't get to play much as bad weather but was a great playground for both my 2 year old and 11 year old
Bbqs - clean and worked well had a scraper chained aswell
Staff - Amazing very polite helpful and friendly , we accidentally booked for the wrong day and noticed when we were almost there , called and she helped us and we were still able to stay that night Amazing
Lounge area - cosy and cute had 2 couches and a TV with DVD player great for a wind down movie , the office has free DVDs and board games to borrow aswell.
Kitchen - has all necessary items needed to cook with, fridge is a bar fridge and good condition and fit everything well
Bonus things - beach is so close we could hear the waves from our bed which was so lovely to sleep to. We were given a little box of chocolates as a birthday present also another box with some cookies and sweets as a thankyou for staying gift. So lovely.
The only thing is the lock on the front door was a bit fiddly to unlock and lock with a key had to align the door properly and try a few times .
Not an issue though but with a toddler on my hip made it a little harder haha. Also toilet has no lock
