Fine for one night at the lower price point.

Position close to the beach was great.Reasonably priced

The T.V channels weren’t all working, couldn’t ring the reception as phone didn’t work. Maintenance guy on dinner break so took 2 hrs for him to come to the room. Complex has a terrible sewerage smell especially on the 1st level.

Great long weekend escape.

Room, facilities and access to beach were great. Excellent location for experiencing Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup and surrounding region..

Restaurant booking process was not well done, resulting in cancellation issues, incorrect credit card used and a couple of reception staff not customer-friendly.

Old fashioned and out of order!

Remains a great location. Great facilities if available.

Rooms need majorly updating. Very old fashioned and antiquated. Shower head screamed whenever in use. Very disappointing breakfast. Minimal selection and even the toaster didn’t work! Went to use the indoor pool but found that it was not heated. Unfortunately the Abbey Beach was nice in its time but it is very old fashioned now!

A little bit pricey for the one night but it was an awesome place to stay, I’d happily come back for a weekend away.

The location was perfect, the facilities were easy to access, the staff were awesome and the option for express check out was an amazing idea.

It was a little bit dated and the food at the restaurant in the atrium could have been a lot better. other than that it was the perfect place to stay.

It was kept very clean and tidy

It’s old and out dated and is over priced for what u get. Had a spa room which was a good size room but had a double bed good for single occupancy not a couple and was uncomfortable. They also need to address the water wasting issues showers had great pressure and were hot but in a country where water is sacred water saving devices should be installed and the spa bath removed a lot of water is being wasted at this resort. Wouldn’t stay there again

it wasn’t that clean in utensils had to wash things before use .place is shabby somethings held together with white tape. outdoor chairs were grubby .bed was small and rock hard .we left after 2 nights and paid for 3 asked for refund but as we booked through BOOKINGS .COM they said only you could refund us is that possible?

Very late service on extra towels. Dripping tap in bathroom, mould in shower, no menu in room, strip of blind missing so sun came through and straight on Hubbys face and woke him up.
