Location was great.Homely atmosphere

the fully functioning kitchen
I was not sent any details regarding the check in to the accommodation nor the requirements for the house. On arrival the code for the lockbox on booking.com was incorrect and the owner of the property knew this yet did not pre inform myself of this. We were expected to bring our own bed sheets and towels as there were none, again, I was not informed of this so some guests had to go to the shops late at night to buy sheets. The beds were also uncomfortable. Overall not impressed with the accommodation and will not be returning.

great location to the beach
older property but great for kids with the games and toys. Our family had a lovely couple days. The beds were very comfortable, nice to have the extras in the pantry and bathroom.
Think you need a tempering valve for hot water as that is a safety issue regarding kids. Possibly need to upgrade to a better hot water system.

Nice older style home. Convenience to beach. Quiet. Owner very pleasant to speak with.
Overpriced for a couple. Suited more to being shared.

Awesome location. Beach is just down the street. Our dog was so excited to go for a walk to the beach every day. The beds were so comfortable. Beautiful heater in the loungeroom. Definitely recommend this place. We will be going back again.

.We loved it as had a doggie door and great backyard for dogs.
Good location to beach and other amenities. Old place but big enough for holiday accommodation.
Would be too hot in summer without airconditioning in bedrooms and kitchen/dining area.

The perfect location for our little kids and dog with the beach just at the end of the street! The owner and property manager were very helpful in delivering a new pedestal fan so that there was one in each bedroom.
The house could do with a deep clean - floors and surfaces were a bit grubby, and the couches could probably do with a steam clean too! We saw several cockroaches and there was a musty smell.

The house was very cozy, there was enough room for both families without tripping over each other, and plenty to keep the kids occupied. It was also nice and close to the beach where we all had a great time.
The beds were quite soft.

The location was excellent. The house was super clean and was pet friendly - always a bonus. Facilities in the house were really comfortable.
Lots of laminated rules pasted all over the house.
Hot water system needs to be improved - worked really well but is only a small tank.

We had a slight hiccup with the keypad but they were excellent trying to help us sort it which we did in the end. Not enough to give a bad rating. I will stay here again if they have me LOL
Honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like

This property always feels like home away from home, very close to the beach and walkway and not far from Busselton city centre and Dunsborough. Easy access to Margaret River and Augusta.
