IMPECCABLE

comme à chaque fois que nous séjournons dans un hôtel de cette chaîne nous sommes ravis. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est top et le petit déjeuner une merveille. Le personnel est charmant et disponible, bref ne pas hésiter à y aller.

Je ne vois pas, à part peut-être remplacer les essuie mains quand il n'y en a plus.

La cama muy cómodo el colchón

La ducha no funcionaba. Estaba rota y no salia ni gota de agua. El telefono tampoco funciobaba. Para la ducha nos ofrecieron irnos a duchar a otra habitación, pero lo desestimamos pirque no era practico ni deseable. Como gesto comercial nos descontaron un 15% de la fra (considero era insuficiente, ya que no poder utilizar ducha es un problema grave) y no nos cobraron parking de una noche.

We were passing, so we did not enjoy the whole hotel.

It was a hotel that we needed due to our 1900 km trip. It was just ok, but everything could be better. Check in and check out were smooth.

The breakfast was very modest and could be upgraded. The hotel is on a square, so when you open the window, it can be very loud. The AC machine was on cooling, so when we got to the room after check-in at midnight, it was freezing, which is a pity, spending energy like this.

I have every intention of returning to Aix and this property in the near future.

This property is slightly out of the way but very very well run, clean with a lovely staff. The pool was wonderful and the food served in the lobby restaurant was surprisingly good. I have every intention of returning to Aix and this property in the near future.

Clean and spacious. Good facilities. Lovely room and very helpful friendly staff.

It is a short walk into town (around 15 mins) but this was fine for us and we were aware. But maybe not so ideal for those wanting to be right in the centre of aix. The pool area was small and often hard to get somewhere to sit as people were guilty of putting towels down for most of the day! Could do with more poolside loungers.

Aix en Provence hotel

A very nice hotel with nice pool and restaurant. A nice walk into Aix or very easy to catch the number 8 bus at Corsay stop approx 50m from hotel. The info centre in town excellent and have bus maps/timetables too. Nice menu. Vasarely museum an easy walk from hotel too.

Location excellent- secure car parking good. Food in restaurant limited but very nice. Swimming pool was really good. Staff throughout the hotel incredibly friendly

Great Hotel option for Aix en Provence.

This is a lovely Hotel. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Nice modern decor. The restaurant and bar areas are well set up and comfortable and we loved the mini pool tables they had. The hotel has water dispensers so guests can refill their bottles and even had cold minted water for free in the foyer. All staff were polite and helpful. It is only and 8ish minute bus ride from the Aix En Provence city centre (bus 8 stops 1 minute past hotel). The rooms were quiet at night. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice. There is a pool, gym and sauna available for guests. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely modern hotel, big comfortable room, great pool. Food in the restaurant was good. Safe parking. Dog friendly.

Young inexperienced staff. Some of the staff were really pleasant and helpful, but some of the young ladies on reception didn't even acknowledge when you walked past, which I found very rude. It's not really a holiday hotel more of a business hotel with the benefit of a pool.

The hotel was on a busy junction which was quite difficult to get to depending upon which way you were travelling

Superb

Very helful staff, room and overall facilities lovely. Atmosphere was calming and pleasant. Restaurant well presented and modern. Surprised to see so many facilities available.

Proper price-value rating, interior setting nice, breakfast was good enough.

We were positively surprised about the set-up and interior decoration of the hotel, the lobby as well as the rooms were fresh and appealing. The staff was friendly and helped us with a proper parking spot.

The 3 persons rooms are all faced towards a very busy street, day and night, so opening a window makes the room noisy. Nonetheless we did so, as the AC didnt work as well and we couldnt chill the room sufficiently without opening a window.
