No real dislikes. Was really looking for somewhere to sleep, shower and start the day with a hearty breakfast. The Pavilion provided these wonderfully.

Customer service from the host and her daughter :-)
I requested a double room but was allocated a twin - I booked at very late notice so understand the change.
I was shown a lovely double room so will request this next time.

Our room in the attic was perfect for just the two of us. The small fridge was a lovely bonus to keep our water cool.
Room was immaculate with plenty of fluffy white towels and complimentary shower items.
Everything was great. No complaints at all.

clean and tidy just what we needed
the staff. this is not a dog friendly place as stated. the owner is scared of dogs. we were told to lock my dog in the room to go for breakfast because the daughter said that he was nervous and she was worried he might do something to the other people dining! my dog barked! all dogs bark… I was not locking my dog in a bedroom in a strange place to make him feel anxious to eat their breakfast. the previous day on arrival we were told he could come to the dining room if he was ok. he barked and that was it! what a joke. the lady was rude and the area is the Pitt’s too. people walking by all hours of the night until the morning with bottles of alcohol shouting on. never again will I be back!!!

The service was great, even went the extra mile and invited my family who live in the area to join us for a delicious breakfast and made my mum feel extra special on her 60th birthday. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to everyone!
Couldn't fault them and the rooms were great and comfy.

It's like a home from home, and couldn't wish to meet two more lovely owners, Sherry and Colin. Nothimg was too much too much trouble - really comfortable room and breakfast ( along with chatting with Sherry in the morning ) was a great way to start the day.
Faultless!

the property was in a good area for what we wanted to do.
we thought the bedroom could be cleaner and the toilet seat was broke.

Sherry and Lauren were friendly and very accommodating. The double room is large and well furnished with a chair, fridge, fan and microwave. Good location for exploring coastal areas and the Lake District.
The accommodation met my needs. I was aware that the B&B is dog friendly, but the bathroom smelled like dog.
